Seccion 3

After trying to recover my Section 3 Amazon account on my own without success, I started looking for help and came across different platforms offering the service. In the end, I decided to go with Mr. Jeff LLC. At first, there was a bit of a communication gap — I was sending emails and making calls to get updates on my case. But setting that aside, after 5 MONTHS of constant appeals and email exchanges, they did it. They recovered my account and gave me my life back. I'm truly grateful to them. The only thing I would recommend is improving their response time to clients — that's all. Other than that, excellent service. They really know what they're doing. Thank you, Rick!

Determinated Business

While Mr. Jeff was unable to get my Amazon account back after 3.5 months of attempts and doing every outcome possible, they were professional and tried their absolute best. The main reason I went with them originally was they stood by their 50% money back guarantee if they were unable to successfully get my account back. A lot of places try to pull a fast one and give a reason as to why they were unable to process a refund since x, y, and z occurred. However, Mr. Jeff initiated the 50% refund as agreed with no questions asked after seeing they tried all attempts and different outcomes.

If I decide to sell on Amazon again, I will for sure use Mr. Jeff LLC again in the future. No, this is not a paid review. They keep trying until they run out of options, and I thank them for that. There may be delays in responses due to having several other clients, but never once did I feel like I was being ghosted and scammed.

Thank you Mr Jeff for trying for the last 3.5 months and promising the 50% refund, which is why I went with them originally, and I am sure many others have as well.

A Miracle! Our Amazon accounts reinstated.

My Amazon account was deactivated on November 11, 2024, because it was somewhat linked to my husband's Amazon's account via a telephone number and bank account which I didn't realized. My husband's account was deactivated November 8, 2024, as it was said that he sold counterfeit product, as a result mine was deactivated.

The product was not counterfeit; I purchased them for him under my business name, so the invoices were in my name, also the authorization letter from manufacturer.
Those two sections 3 violations were not easy to get out of, but Mr. Jeff LLC did it!

After watching a YouTube video I decided to try Mr. Jeff LLC. On November 27, 2024, I schedule a consultation, and Rick called me, I explained my situation and he stated that Amazon takes counterfeit very seriously, not only that, but my case is also very complicated. He stated that it was a very slim chance to have the accounts reactivated but he was willing and ready to take on the huge challenge.

When your account is deactivated, 1 day seems like forever so at times when I didn't hear from Rick for two or three days, I was concerned but I would send an email and also a WhatsApp and he would then reply. I wasn't even thinking that he has other customers to assist.

Rick started with my account but all we got was multiple auto rejections, he then tried BBB and Amazon decided that they would not reinstate my account.
He then moved on to my husband's account on January 21, 2025, he wrote a great appeal, very detailed, Amazon did not respond to it, he resubmitted the appeal on January 28, 2025, and sent every document that we had including the authorization letter.
To God be the Glory! the appeal was accepted, and my husband's account was reactivated, that means mine would be reactivated so he then sent an appeal for my account, and it was reactivated in less than 5 minutes. I was so excited!!!!
I don't know how to thank Rick as I was so concerned as my inventory at FBA was stranded, to be removed on Feb 10th, 2025.
Both accounts were reinstated on Thursday, January 30, 2025.

UPDATE!

IMPORTANT UPDATE! Be sure to check your charges! It seems that Rick decided to double charge me and didn’t issue a refund, assuming I wouldn't catch on. When I contacted Rick's team about my issue, my account was flagged for a suspected counterfeit claim. Unfortunately, with each of Rick’s appeals, the situation only worsened! My funds are currently being withheld, my account has been deactivated, and Rick's management led to Amazon removing my ability to contact support by phone!

Let's address the points Rick made in his response. Right from the start, Rick claimed he was transparent with me; however, that is simply not true. He confidently assured me that they could handle my issue, rather than directing me to someone more qualified. When I purchased the most expensive package, I was promised that my appeal would be processed within 24 hours along with a clear plan of action. Not only did they fail to deliver on this promise, but I had to post a review just to get their attention after four days of silence, as they hadn't responded to any of my emails since the purchase.

Upon reflection, I should have trusted my instincts. I genuinely believed that Rick's team had the expertise to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, all of the methods Rick suggested turned out to be a waste of time. There were numerous instances where I went several days (4-8) without any communication from Rick or his team. I had to send multiple emails—over 10 times—to get moving again, often needing Rick to simply inform me of the next steps. At any point, he could have issued a refund since it was clear that my issue was beyond his capacity to resolve. His delays and ineffective approach have caused me a great deal of stress!

I clearly communicated to Rick from the beginning that I didn't have a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and that obtaining one was impossible. I provided all the documentation I had, gathered additional evidence without any help from Rick, and ultimately asked if he could manage my case without the LOA. He brings up that he emailed me over 400 times; however, many of those emails were unnecessary. If you're looking for someone who doesn’t take a serious issue seriously, then that’s exactly what you’re signing up for!

Rick offered to refund me half of my original payment, but it's evident he wasn’t equipped to handle this situation and should have been completely transparent about his limitations.

Again. Every appeal we submitted and every step we took was reviewed and approved by you. We did not take any action without your acknowledgment. We provided you with clear explanations about the risks and realistic chances of reinstatement, and we took every possible action to address your issue. Specifically, we:
• Submitted approximately 10 appeals through Seller Central.
• Posted a few times on Seller Forum.
• Made multiple calls to the Account Health Team.
• Opened several cases with Seller Partner Support.
• Filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
• Sent multiple letters to Amazon’s Executive Team.
Your claim that we did not treat your case seriously is entirely unfounded. As outlined above, we pursued every available channel to resolve your issue. Each of these actions reflects our commitment to your case and our determination to provide you with the best possible service.

Your accusations about poor communication are entirely unfounded and unfair. We were in daily contact with you (instead of our weekends), exchanging approximately 400 emails over the course of the collaboration. We provided detailed explanations of each step we took, the logic behind those steps, and the potential outcomes. .Your claim that communication was insufficient does not align with the level of attention and effort we dedicated to your case.

Your statement about evidence gathering misrepresents the situation. From the very beginning, we provided you with clear and detailed instructions on the evidence required and the steps to obtain it. We explained that certain actions—such as gathering evidence from your supplier and the brand representative—needed to be completed directly by you using the email address associated with your Amazon Seller account. This was essential because correspondence with both the supplier and the brand representative would serve as additional evidence to support your case and strengthen your position in Amazon’s evaluation process. Regarding the Letter of Authorization (LOA), we provided you with clear guidance on why it was crucial just to contact your supplier and request this document. We explained its significance in supporting your case and the reasoning behind obtaining it.

On the very first day, we provided you with clear and transparent information about our fees and refund policies. We explained that our service is only partially refundable and that in case we were unable to reinstate your account, we offer a 50% refund. This policy was communicated to you upfront, and you acknowledged it before proceeding.

In conclusion, while we regret that your account remains deactivated, we believe that the accusations in your feedback do not reflect the actual situation. Horrible Experience with this Company!

Horrible Experience with this team! One way street with emails. Emails would be ignored for a week or longer at times. Moved up to the most expensive option and they still failed to get account reinstated. At the end of the final attempts from the team they had the nerve to ask for more money for account health notes.
Update after I left this review your team just copied and pasted this response on email. How dare you try to say that you did what you could to help me. This was clearly a money grab and horrible communication. I cant even believe the person below my review would leave a 5 star even stating how poorly communication was. Have some guts and leave a honest score. Fake reviews below this one is what led me to fall for this scam of a site and company.
Just because they got you reinstated doesn't mean you should leave a 5 star, even a blind squirrel can find a nut.

Got 'R done but time is money.

I had a counterfeit without a test by violation, which is about dumb, but it is what it is. I gave Mr. Jeff a try and was initially pleased at the response. That said the process took way way too long to complete mainly due to very sporadic communications with my advisor. I’m talking over 120 emails because of one line responses that were not thoroughly explaining what I was supposed to do. Sometimes the responses were very quick, but many times there were days in between. The whole process took almost 2 months. That Is my only gripe and I gave them five stars still because they did get me reinstated. I am very grateful for that. I just wish it could’ve happened weeks sooner than it did. Time is money as we all know.
