I ordered Nocta tech fleece it arrived a bit late but very genuine and real, I will definitely buy from them again

Don’t buy with them!!!
Order ( n4513) a jacket and trouser from Nike on 17.10.2023. Received only one part of the parcel - very poorly packed after almost month delay and from the wrong size. The jacket is definitely not authentic! Chinese stuff- very poor quality. I will try to get reimbursed and will sue them in any case- asking the authority in charge of intellectual property rights to look after them and fraud on internet .
My 11 yers old son has spent all his savings, shame on Mr.drip zone
No answer from the address they communicated to contact.

I spent over £1000 (3 different orders) on ralph lauren tracksuits and they are fake. Not only are they fake but the stitching was bad and there was damage to the tracksuit as well. Fake ralph lauren. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE.

Absolutely awful . Do not reply to emails or direct messages . My item is too small needs to be returned but they don’t provide you a return address . They ask you to contact them then ignore you . I am at the moment a lot of money out of pocket . I wouldn’t go near them . Disgraceful way to conduct business . AVOID.
Update - company wrote a reply to say to contact them for refund but then messaged privately to say refund is not offered and I should sell the item on depop or eBay . Absolutely unbelievable. Next step trading standards.Avoid at all costs .

Do not order from them. They are the worse place to handle business with. Total disgusting and no good communication skills and literally ignores you. First time and won’t ever order again. Go at your own risk. Beyond disappointing the way they handled the matter.

I bought a tech fleece that was too big . I texted them in their website for a return and 30 days after I have still not received a reply. They have 30 day return policy too

Don’t use this company!!! I’ve been waiting for a returns form since July!!!
My bank are now involved. My bank have refunded me but they are contesting it?!
They sent a fake email to my bank saying I was happy with my goods and could I have a discount code!!!
This clearly isn’t the case as it was the wrong colour tech fleece sent, asked for a returns form and a full refund!?
Which I’m still waiting to return the goods received, still in the same packaging!
Why oh why would I ask for a discount code when I clearly want to return it with a refund!!
You baffle me!! No customer services!! No reply from any of my emails???? PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

idk if this real can u send me receipts because I want to buy black cats but they seem to cheap to be true and I don't wanna get fakes its my moms money as well
