This is the second time i have bought Carpets from MRD DESIGN and we are delighted. From start to finish. Fabulous customer service from Jen, great job done by the guys and quality carpets. All round 5 star

Excellent service from start to finish. Great help and advise in showroom, delighted with my final choice of flooring as there was so much choice available. Fitters were excellent and did a great job. They have a good way of working and job was completed quickly. Very tidy work, when they left you wouldn’t have known workmen had been in apart from the beautiful floor! Thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.

Jen , you made the whole process so easy and whilst I know our floor was not the easiest with dogs around and other little problems it did go smoothly . Bought amtico flooring for downstairs and carpet for upstairs. Very impressed with the fit and finish of the products, and MRD team were very good with communication as we were doing it all from overseas!

Would not use anyone else!! My Karndean flooring looks as good now as it did when it was 1st put down 8 years ago. Recently needed some remedial work and MRD fitted us in at short notice and another superb job. Highly recommended.
