Just had a house full of windows and doors fitted by MPN WINDOWS first class service from the initial phone call to the salesman,surveyor,booking in team who were all very professional and the installers who done an excellent job at my house.
They cleaned up after themselves and left my house as they had found it PLUS in these challenging times they all stuck to strict COVID RULES while they were at our house.
I would definitely recommend MPN WINDOWS to family,friends and anyone that’s thinking of having double glazing

In the middle of lock down with covid 19 from my initial call to their office to a call/visit from Eddie in sales, which ended up at a competitive price thanks to Paul/Melanie, then onto great attention to detail with fitting of windows by Danny and Ryan.

MPN provided a fantastic end to end service during the replacement of my conservatory roof. I requested a quote late one evening and received a call back the next morning. We had a quick discussion on what I was looking for and arranged a time for the Sales Rep to attend the house. The Sales rep was well prepared with samples and brochures, knowledgeable and happy to discuss the various roof options. There was no hard sell or any pressure, just a quote and an offer of their contact details if I had any questions. I accepted the quote as it was competitive but also priced a proven and quality product. Throughout the lead up to installation I was kept updated by the office team and a mutually convenient installation date was agreed. The installation team arrived punctually on the date stated, introduced themselves, discussed what they were going to do and got to it minutes later. I’m not one to watch work on my house, I leave it to the professionals, but the installation team called me through to view the process, so I had an understanding on what was being done. The work was done in the time scale quoted and the end of each day the work area was left clean and secure. By day two I had my new roof, complete with replacement guttering. Over the next few days the internal work was completed with new insulation installed; the insulation exceeded building regs so my build not only remained compliant but is more economical to heat. Plastering was next and was organised with the same good communication. Once again the quality of work was fantastic.
If you want a well-managed piece of work performed by friendly professionals MPN are a great bet. I am extremely happy with the process and product, faultless!

Came across Mpn when looking for somebody to build a conservatory for us,and so glad I did.

From start to finish can't fault the service we've had.
Keiran and Shane were the first to come to actually do the build, and they were with us the longest. Very friendly and hard working and did a fantastic job.

From there on it just continued, every tradesman liasing with the next to come in and letting us know when and what time they would be with us.

Everything was left clean and tidy for the next person to come.

Paul the owner was Always at the end of the phone if you needed him, but everything went so smoothly I didn't have to bother him too much.

The finish on our conservatory is of the highest standard and we are over the moon with it.

I would highly recommend Mpn to anybody who is looking for a quality job

Great reliable local service. All my questions and concerns were answered and dealt with politely when choosing the correct replacement door. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and fitting date. All this whilst maintaining social distancing and adhering to local Covid-19 restrictions.

Cannot recommend MPN highly enough. In Feb 2020, ee had every window done (7 or 8) and two large bi-fold doors, including getting a large heavy plated-glass pane up to the first floor. We were renovating a three storey house from top to bottom and spent months looking for the right window company. Other companies would quote and when you checked the details they'd specify the wrong colour/style/layout - charging thousands more and adding weeks on when you got them to quote correctly.
From the beginning MPN gave absolute care, attention and expertise. Every team member put everything into it to get it right, even picking up on style cues dictated by the property and coming back a couple of times to fine tune everything.
At fitting, Martin and Gareth spent the whole week here. I am properly indebted to them for keeping an eye on a dodgy builder when I couldn't - spotting a lintel problem and making them do it properly so they could fit a bi-fold. Really meant a lot. Great guys, easy to have around. And they've transformed the house. Also - quick to follow up on minor adjustments etc.
Like I said - very highly recommended.

Ryan and Dan came today to fit our patio doors. They have transformed our bungalow into our dream home. What a great team you have MPN. They were so friendly and did not stop from the moment they got to our home until they finished. Again MPN you have excelled yourselves by providing a FANTASTIC service and product. *edit* using the email submission on the website got a satisfactory response. A man came out and revealed the leaking areas and an email to check if the issues have resolved has followed. Also other issues are in the process of being dealt with. After an initial difficulty in establishing contact the after care has been good.
*edited* Unfortunately as we've spent more time using the conservatory some mostly minor issues have become apparent, including (but not only) the gutter join leaking, and after several messages so far no satisfactory response or outcome, more attempts at contacting will be made and review will change to reflect that.
After having windows, doors and roofline products from MPN 4 years ago, they were our first port of call when looking for a conservatory. They took note of all our needs for it and designed a great space to suit. It was all itemised and the cost was fair, with payment intervals set out for completion of certain aspects. Having everything included, plumbing, plastering and electrics, was great and meant we could just sit back and wait. Due to the current pandemic we were pleased with how everyone kept to the guidelines set out by the government and with how quickly the conservatory was completed while restricted by the additional rules. Each of the tradesmen cleaned up after themselves as best as possible once they had completed their part. I would recommend MPN to anyone needing any of their products.

Having wanted some extra space downstairs and seeing MPNs brochure we took the decision to go for an orangery with bi fold doors and a large glass panel side, and how glad we were! Everything was itemised and costed fairly. The milestone terms were clearly set out. The building works began in earnest, and from a concrete base to a fully fledged state in mere weeks. Every tradesman that has been part of the build have been conscientious, incredibly hard working and professional throughout. The fact that everything from electrics, to plastering to plumbing is factored in was really appealing, it removed all the usual complexity of managing a project. The construction moved incredibly fast, and is a wonderful space, we are so pleased. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to gain extra space but not knowing where to start! The reliability and dedication of the Team has been second to none. Thanks to all at MPN.

I put one star as had to.. avoid if you can..my mother's window's have been in 6 years and from day 1 we have had problems ..biggest being draft on all window's...we still haven't had them fix problem all sills are diffrent size inside..they used cement to fill a hole in plaster..now we can't wall paper over it...owner call in invited and had ago at me saying it was the house and not the window's. lol...everytime message them they drag heels...very rude and poor services...again avoid..i just had message from mpn telling me I was writing on their face book page about them sorting mothers window's before winter comes..they private messaged me saying iv chose a different root and that i cost them work..they took my post down very quickly.so if you only see good reviews or post on there it's because they pic and and choose what they want people to see ..avoid!!

We v just had 8 windows and 3 doors fitted by Gareth and Martin.
Well what can I say they were great and done a good job for us.
They cleaned up after them and our properly was left Spick n span and they also made sure we was completely happy with the whole job.
Once again thank you MPN the fitters done you proud.

First class, excellent service.

Had a few snags along the installation but Paul from MPN has been absolutely superb with us. He wouldn’t sign the job off or take a penny until he had personally checked it over himself and we were 100% satisfied. Any issues have been resolved promptly with no fuss.
The windows have made a massive difference to the house and the composite door goes without saying.
MPN have a superb team of fitters who clear clearly know their stuff.
Would definitely recommend MPN and will be using them again
