Composite door with surrounding frame in upvc; after some initial confusion with our order it was delivered and installed on time, the installers were courteous, quick and efficient and left everything in good order. Very happy with the end product.

I used MPN previously for windows and was impressed with their efficiency and courtesy. So they are my go to company which is why this is the second time I've used them.

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and professional, the installation team John and Logan were professional, friendly and finished the job to a high standard, cleaned up everything before they went and explained everything to us would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Really happy with the new French doors, the fitting team (Jonathon & Logan) were extremely thorough on their fit, ensuring all was sealed to a high standard, really happy with the service from MPN and the fitters really did a fantastic job.
I recommend this company to anyone looking for window or door installation 👍

Great company to do business with. They fitted a new triple glazed glass panel which was misted up. Although it was a very large and heavy panel the two installers were fast, efficient and friendly, cleaning up at the end of the job.
I particularly want to mention Emma because she was very polite and patient during my phone contacts.
I highly recommend this company.

Would be a 0 but won't let me. Stay well clear. Nearly 4 years of problems. Im still waiting for them to come back after I contacted them in October as my roof is leaking AGAIN, which is causing mould on the frame all the time and when windy you can feel the breeze. Also informed them that the conservatory seems to be coming away from my house and cracking in the plaster etc. Lucky I have a sail hanging from the roof as it catches the water instead of being on my furniture 😡. I contacted them in October, twice in December and again in February, said they will mark it as urgent. Still nothing. Bearing in mind they had been out previously and "fixed the leak". Spend your money elsewhere.

I recently won a court case against MPN after they fitted windows and a composite door at my property. The current owner (in the same review on Google it's implied that he wasn't involved in this case, he was who the complaint was brought to and who dealt with it) has been caught lying several times including trying to keep almost £2500 of money that we had paid for two extra doors to be fitted.
Their work leaves very little to be desired and as a result I am now having all of the windows and door either replaced or removed and refitted correctly. Some of these are issues that were obvious from the day they were fitted as they are happy to instal damaged or incorrect materials in hope that you won't notice.
I genuinely hope nobody else has the experience I have had with this company, I can see from more current reviews and photos of their work that they haven't learnt anything from the experience of being taken to court which is a shame.
They will do anything not to go back and honour their warranty, it isn't worth the paper it's written on!

Recently had all my windows replaced by MPN windows June 2024
From start to finish I was really impressed.Ed visted my home to do a basic measure and help me pick my windows I wanted with no pressure to buy Nathan the surveyor visited next for the final measurements.Then last but not least the boys came to fit all windows over 3 days what can I say Jonathan and Logan were amazing there workmanship was excellent cleaned up everyday without a fuss and to say we had a great laugh was an understatement

I have had Mpn to suply and fit doors which included French doors. Fab quality doors. Fitted in 2022 but the last few days I had a slight problem. I contacted Mpn who came within two days and rectified the problem which was one of the doors had dropped very slightly and was repaired within 30 mins. What a good company to deal with. Cannot praise them enough.

Don't clean up mess after themselves , quite happy to leave the job with rubbish & shards of glass on the road

We recently had all our windows, doors and patio door replaced by MPN windows. From start to finish we were very impressed. We visited the showroom to get an idea of the product range and Danny was ever so helpful and gave us his full attention. Ed visited to do a basic measure and helped us with designs and colours etc and was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We wanted a custom made stained glass landing window and as the price was so good we went for it! The surveyor Nathan visited next to do the final measures etc and was also very thorough and helpful. Jonathan and Logan came to fit everything over 4 days and were amazing. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up every day. Throughout the process Emma in the office kept us updated and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much MPN.

The aftercare service provided by Emma was outstanding. She is friendly, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Due to my experience I would not shop anywhere else. I can highly recommend this company for their amazing customer service .

I have asked MPN Windows why they consider the peeling foil not to be a manufactures defect. So far no reply!

My new conservatory is fantastic and the people who erected it were lovely...polite and considerate at all times.
After erection there were a few problems but they have been resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. I am a very happy customer. Just waiting patiently for the sun to shine now.

Amateurs to say the least.

After placing my order, MPN Windows surveyor attended my property to take accurate measurements which, for sake of good order, I asked to be double checked as the measurements were different to other surveyors I recently obtained quotations from. My goal here was to ensure there were no issues with my £11,300 order.

This led to some changes required for my new composite door and bay window as the sales rep and surveyor did not have the knowledge to discuss these elements during their visit, which also led to delays of my installation.

I called MPN Windows to ensure these changes had been passed up the chain, where I learned this had not been actioned as a result of poor communication within the company.

Once all the changes had been confirmed and the details of my order finalised over the phone, I received a call from MPN Windows two days later to say they are cancelling my order as they do not believe they are capable of satisfying my request.

During the call I asked why they felt this way and they put the onus on me as a problematic customer. I explained the above to MPN Windows, which he was unaware of, resulting in him referring to the management for reconsideration.

The next day, I received an email confirming that my order has been cancelled.

For a company to not feel confident with their services and be placed on the back foot from a non aggressive customer, resulting in them cancelling an order, clearly shows that corners are cut with their products and services, where customers do not raise concerns.

I have complete evidence of all communications between myself and the staff at MPN Windows proving the questions I raised were justified and in a respectful manner, which I aim more than happy to divulge.

I would urge people to reconsider other options if they have approached MPN Windows, to avoid the unprofessional service they deliver.

The fact you have copied and pasted your response from other poor reviews, it is clear how amateur and incompetent you and MPN Windows are.

My review is purely based on your service with no ulterior motive. A customer should be well within their right to ask simple questions for clarity and confirm their order is correct, which I would NOT have received if I had NOT questioned, without the company falling into disappear and cancelling an order. This projects your incompetence and reinforces all the actual and REAL poor reviews you have.

I have all the evidence that I am more than happy to make public, which proves it is me that dodged the bullet.
