Mpmlimited Recensioni

This week I collected my stunning 2012 Jaguar XK from Marc at MPM who was so professional from the beginning of the process through to the day of collection. Nothing was too much trouble regular updates photos and reassurance bearing in mind the travelling distance involved.
Marc's knowledge on the Jaguar brand is really impressive and I was grateful for the hospitality on my arrival when he picked me up from the airport. I am delighted with the car and apart from the weather enjoyed the 500 mile drive return journey to the Highlands. If you are looking for a honest reliable Jaguar presented in faultless showroom condition I would highly recommend you first speak to Mark at MPM

This was the first time I have purchased a car from MPM and can honestly say it was a very reassuring process, I have been a Jag owner/enthusiast for a number of years and when I first met Marc his knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand was tangible. The standard of preparation, attention to detail and presentation of the vehicle I was viewing spoke volumes to me, no sales pitch, no pressure just an honest and very interesting conversation, the car spoke for itself. If you’re looking to invest in an exceptional XK, you need look no further than MPM Ltd.

In summary, this was an easy and re-assuring purchase. From when I first spoke with Marc about the car, Marc provided me with full details of it, kept me fully appraised of the preparation he was doing and sent me a great number of photographs. When we went to view it, the car was beautifully presented. Marc’s attention to detail was incredible - even down to pointing out a clip under the bonnet he had changed. I thought Marc had undersold the quality of the car and there was certainly no pressure to buy. The whole process was easy, professional and inspired confidence in the purchase - in fact, one of the few times I have enjoyed purchasing a car. I would have no hesitation in recommending a purchase from Marc to my friends and would certainly buy from him again.

This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure to deal with Mark. He is professional and above that he’s a very nice human being. Thanks Mark. Dave Ward.

If you’re looking to sell your Jaguar or other well looked after car then Marc is an excellent choice. There’s no messing, straight to the point, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

First purchase from Marc and have to say superb service from start to finish.. The XK Dynamic R was presented in as new condition, something so rare these… Have challenged Marc to find me a matching convertible and a matching XK-R/S coupe.. Couldn’t recommend Marc highly enough… Thank you sir…

Had a brilliant experience with Marc, the service & the car was absolutely faultless and he was the perfect dealer to work with throughout. If you're in the market for a XK, this is the person to go to without a doubt!

Marc was nothing but helpful with advice regarding my XK. Would use again and again

Marc is a great source of quality used high end cars of all ages. He’s very conscientious and unpressurised selling manner. In my case a very low mileage and beautiful condition single previous owner SLK. Still loving it four years later.

This is the 2nd car I have sold to Marc - the 1st a stunning Jaguar XK Convertible; the one yesterday, another beauty. Having had the car for 26 years it was a tearful experience! Needs must - we're downsizing! Whilst sad to let her go, business with Marc once again made it more bearable.
Marc is a consummate professional. He has deep knowledge and experience in dealing with all cars and an attention to detail which gives a buyer or a seller huge confidence. He is also fair. I value his expertise and his approach and will always recommend him and return to him myself. It is testament to everything I've said that Marc also researched the car we wanted next, knowing we would not be buying it through him. He found us another beauty which really suits our current needs and we couldn't be more grateful. I can't recommend Marc too highly.

Marc is a genuine enthusiast and worked with us to find and deliver a lovely Jaguar XK. We appreciated his clear-minded approach to supporting our specific needs for a car in quite exceptional condition, and we are delighted with the outcome.

Clearly the Jaguar XK specialists to trust. Broad and detailed expertise and good sensible advice. Highly recommended

Chatted with Marc of MPM today (20/07/2020), for some help and advice on a vehicle, nothing and I mean nothing was to much trouble for him, he gave me his time, expert advice and did all of this in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Bought my XKR from Marc last year. Marc has fantastic in depth knowledge of these cars and is clearly a passionate enthusiast of the marque. It was like buying a car from a friend and I wholeheartedly recommend buying from him.

The car itself is fabulous, should have bought one years ago!

Marc provided a first class service and a first class car. Would highly recommend, meticulous in detail and highly professional. A rare find in the car industry.

I bought a Jaguar XKR from Mark at MPM Limited without ever seeing the car in person — and I have zero regrets.

I made the decision purely on the strength of our conversations, and it was obvious very quickly that Mark knows these cars inside out and back to front.

He's sold many of this exact model and has encyclopaedic knowledge of them — every question I had, he answered confidently and clearly.

What stood out just as much was how he handled the fact that I was buying sight unseen. He felt the responsibility of that genuinely, and was openly concerned about me travelling all the way down from Glasgow to London to collect a car I'd never seen or driven.

The fact that he was comfortable voicing that only gave me more confidence that he was the right person to be doing business with.

He was friendly, generous with his time, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. He's trustworthy, honest, did everything he said he would, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Comes highly recommended by the Jaguar enthusiast community, and now I can see exactly why. Thoroughly recommended.

Thank you for buying my Caviar Red 2010 Jaguar XK Portfolio, I know it will be prepared to a very high standard and go to an owner who will genuinely appreciate and look after it for the next chapter of its life.
I have always loved the design and Grand Touring elegance of the Jaguar X150 cars, taking some heritage from Aston Martin design - I personally think they are the best-looking cars on the road! I had always wanted to own one, I bought the car 8-years ago, as the second owner, when its previous owner, an 84-year-old gentleman, had to down size and could no longer drive, I bought it when it was 9-years old with 18k on the clock, I have added another 33k miles since with some very happy driving around the UK.
I have tried to look after her, having it serviced every year and fixing anything that needed doing. It has always been serviced by Mike Allen Services, a specialist Jaguar garage in Swindon, next to the railway station, during my tenure. They really know their stuff and it has always been worth the 120-mile round trip from Malvern to have it serviced properly by them. I recently had it detailed by Pyramid Car Care in Worcester shortly after the recent service this year.
About 5-years ago I had the sound system upgraded by Audiofile InCar, in Bishops Stortford. They did an amazing job, with high quality workmanship, completely transforming the sound stage in the car. From that moment on I always had two smiles on my face, one when I started the car up and listened to the 5.0L V8 engine, and the second one, listening to high quality music while the XK purred along!
My reason for selling was my wish to get a Jaguar XKR Convertible and experience the same elegant car with 510 HP and open top driving. When I collected the car yesterday, I was not disappointed. The car was beautifully prepared, looking spectacular in Metallic Lunar Grey with the Caramel leather, thank you – it really is all in the detail!
The 125-mile drive home with the roof down was fantastic, falling in love with driving all over again, in this amazing machine! The only thing that didn’t measure up, unfortunately, was the factory fitted Bowers and Wilkins sound system, it’s not bad, but having been used to the superb sound in my XK, there is no comparison, and no question - I am going to have to upgrade to the XKR, not cheap, but worth every penny.
Also, thank you for the advice you gave me when I went to view that XK Convertible, I dodged a bullet with that car, and ended up buying one from you, - a pedigree cat from a highly reputable organisation, long may mpmlimited continue.
Thank you again for selling me such a beautiful car, and for the bottle of wine and Swiss Chocolates, always a bonus when you can give your wife a little present when you get home with a new car!
All the best, hopefully see you in October.

What a great experience buying from Marc and MPM. Their bespoke business is just what I needed as I navigated a purchase of a modern classic. Really personable….totally professional…and absolutely a font of knowledge on anything XKR.

In fact, he’s an absolute ambassador for XKRs..!! Thoroughly recommended.

Marc was excellent from start to finish, generous with his time and fulsome with information about the car. Once I finally got to see it the car was everything Marc said it was and more. I’m a high attention to detail person myself but the prep was next level - excellent!! 😊
