I won $280 usd and had no trouble cashing it out. After that it seems as tho I can't win at any game no matter what. I'm literally losing every single game I play. It doesn't matter what the wager it's a loss. For weeks now. Crazy.

I had a problem during a game I played. The Snakes & Ladder game would not let me move but one of my three game pieces on the board but my opponent was able to move all 3 of theirs. I feel like I was playing against bots but can't prove it. I contacted support only to be called a liar but without using the word "liar" but it was very obvious that was what they meant.

I've never had any problems getting paid or when I have won something but as soon as I added money to play it has stopped working and I tried to log on and it says the app is downloading and update and then it won't let me on so now that money's down the drain apparently I've tried to get them to fix it and I haven't heard anything back

The absolute worst gambling app around. First you’ll get $1.50 in Ms, free games, .50 entry fee games, you’ll start winning, then all of a sudden you’ll stop winning, you’ll get .25 in Ms, no more .50 games no more free games no more games with the Ms, everything is gone. The lowest bet I have currently for bingo $1, draw 4, $1, rummy $1.50, spades $1, oh and now I can’t even withdraw unless it’s $5 MINIMUM. That was the fastest way to get me to decide that I 100% want to close my account. I would rather spend my money on winzo, it’s better than MPL. I wish I can upload a screenshot of my bingo game today. It was outrageous how poorly I did. They don't even deserve the one star they just got. I am furious with MPL pro because for the last almost 2 years I have put a dollar here a dollar there and every single time all my money is gone. I build up two or three dollars and it's gone too. After reading all these other reviews I couldn't agree more with all of them the negative ones that is. These people are scammers and if you look them up they haven't even renewed their licenses in the last couple years. They're probably two punk kids in an apartment somewhere because that's the business address is is some apartment complex on one website and another has a different address all together in another town. They're in India of course and if I've ever wanted to go through a phone line and get in someone's face this would be the time. I am no beginner at cards, bingo, any of those games on their platform by any means and I'm 47 years old. I know a scam when I see one especially involving simple card games. I don't believe you're playing real people anyways because it's all too convenient how all of a sudden you have no money and you can't build up any money and I've never made it withdrawal. I don't know how these people are still in business and if I knew how I would most certainly and happily put them out of it

For over a week, I was blocked from accessing $50 Bingo Skill games. I submitted multiple tickets, all of which were closed without resolution. Then—like magic—the game finally worked only after I escalated the issue and threatened legal action. And guess what? I immediately lost both the free ticket game and the paid $50 game.

I asked for a refund—politely at first. Instead of addressing the issue, I was bombarded with copy-paste, dismissive responses from a rep named Victor, who repeatedly told me to “wait” or “check the helpdesk.” When I pushed harder and gave a deadline for resolution, Victor went silent. Completely.

This isn’t just bad support—it’s strategic avoidance. It feels like a pattern: deny access to high-value games, then allow them only under suspicious circumstances, and refuse any accountability.

If you’re considering using this app—don’t. Their support is a joke. Their integrity is nonexistent. And their business practices are shady at best. I’m filing formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Google Play, and I’ll be sharing this experience across every public platform I can find.

If 3 people pay $10 for uno and the casino makes $10 dollars per game, then that alone is crazy. But THEN they have bots. All you have to do is join a game of uno and the person to the top left starts the match 99% of the time. And you go last. I've played 300 games and I started once. So if you ever are on a winning streak you better never leave that table or lose service. Same with most of the other games. If your making that much money off of every game played, then it should be illegal to also have bots. The only game that is fair is 3 card flush

Lately, there's a serious issue going on in MPL’s Teen Patti game — cards are getting folded automatically, especially when you receive strong hands. This is not just a one-time thing — it’s happening frequently.

Even after sharing screenshots and clear proof with MPL support, they deny any glitch in the system and refuse to take responsibility. This feels like they are playing with our money and not providing a fair platform.

I played bingo beat the score and got 3rd place “score 4620” at 1:01PM… I played again same game at 1:21PM just to find out that I am playing/versing myself because it showed my name at 3rd place prior to the match starting. Now this is where it gets interesting because it didn’t make sense to me that I’m versing myself. So I reached out to support while doing that I come to find out that they changed my score to 4650 from 4620 the second time I played. What that means is they are completely rigging the game and match and making it harder for players to win which means they lose their money. I also have video proof of conversation and matchs.
Please be aware and make sure you record Every match because they are completely rigging this app.

They use bots and their no cheating policy is to protect them from getting cheated. It's not for them cheating us. They do pay out though when you win on your only win. What should I expect after all this app is from India.

Its a scam! You let people win at first, then.. nothing! Not even when the room is empty! You just stop calling any numbers that are on the bingo card the whole 2 minutes! This app sucks. Don't play. Trust me

I have to say that I agree with all the other reviews when they say that as soon as you cash out a few times you start not ever winning again. This game is by far the most rigged that I have ever played on. The worst part is that they don't even try to hide what they are doing. It's so obvious when you are for example playing a 2 minute bingo game and with 30 seconds left on the clock you only have 2 numbers. How crazy is that? That doesn't even happen a real bingo halls. Don't waste your time. They reel you in with back to back wins and cash outs and then all of a sudden you can't even win 50 cents. Which by the way is another thing they do. When you play a game that's supposed pay you 85 cents if you win you really only get 35 cents. Complete ripoff.

As soon as you start making any withdrawals you magically start losing every game you play no matter amount or game.. I have even been matched with opponents that had my username with an extra letter or number added and or picture and both are uniquely created by me. They're cheating and stealing money from the pot. There is no way every registered bingo battle whatever it's called, has someone with a full bingo card. People are saying it's a scam because it is a scam. Their fair play is an absolute joke. You can't lose that much when you are up and win that much when you're down if something is truly fair play. They keep everyone at a point where withdrawal is undesirable but hope is still somewhat possible. The few that have cashed out are lotto winners and only have cashed out to give the illusion that it's commonplace. I guarantee it's not so visit a casino site because your chances of winning are much better there.
