Had a blocked drain in my salon and had to shut my shop first thing, called these guys out they responded withing 2 hours and i was back up and running by the early afternoon.

“After previously using another company who did not source the problem or clear it properly and charging £150 for the privilege we had Jamie arrive this morning who knew exactly where the source of the problem was and properly resolved the matter and explained fully why it had not been resolved. He has cleared the problem pulling up tree roots that were blocking the flow of water. Am very thankful for a thorough job being completed and he explained fully what had been done. Would highly recommend!

Had a blocked drain. It has been cleared by high pressure jetting. I was shown the pictures from the tv camera and after a short while the cause of the blockage was discovered. Engineer had lots of knowledge and experience. Even the person who took my telephone call in the first place was quick, clear and efficient. Impressed.

Quick response, friendly technician who treated the problem very thoroughly. Price structure quite steep given that you are charged for pressure washer machine time in addition to the technician charge. The majority of the machine time was waiting for its tank to be filled up from my mains water. Honest report of the problem and clear demonstration of the cause of the issue. Would recommend.

I called up on a Sunday afternoon with a blocked drain, expecting to be told someone might be able to come round later in the week. However, I was told someone would be with me later the same day, and given a clear indication of costs. A few minutes later I received a call from the engineer to confirm the time and address, and within a couple of hours he was with me. I reckon the job was finished within a few minutes, all sorted. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

Prompt service and no job too large, had our old boiler replaced on short notice with no issues.

Our external gully had been draining very slowly and getting worse, so I called up these guys to get it sorted based on their good reviews and fast turnout. I called at lunchtime on Saturday, and by the early evening everything was sorted. Fat was the culprit! The price was about £160 which was in line with the quotes I had received, so I can't complain! They seemed very efficient both on the phone and in person, and although hopefully I won't need them again, I would happily call on them next time.

We have had problems with our drains for a few months but it came to a head on Thursday morning The drain was completely blocked I emailed MPH they rang me back with in ten minutes I arrange a time for them to come The gentleman arrived on time and was keen to keep me informed of what he was doing including showing me the drain via the camera .The drain was cleared despite the cold weather in no time The service was brilliant and the next day I received a telephone call to ensure I was happy with the service .Excellent customer service

Excellent service, professionally done by Jamie. Liked the approach of declaring the cost up front but bear in mind to do virtually any job it will be an hour's labour + equipment so allow £125 inc VAT. But I consider it money well spent to be assured the drain is clear and for advice given. Seeing fat floating down the drain was a salutary experience so our disposal methods have to change!!

Our toilet and downstairs drains have been dodgy for years but finally completely blocked just after new year on a cold night. After ringing around this was my first reply which said they could come out to us. An hour later we had an amazing engineer who knew his stuff. Once the loo was moving again we took the option of a beneath the house pipe survey, and - though this obviously costs more - we're glad we did. Major calcium deposits were filling the pipe. It would have soon blocked again. Saw this all on a camera under the house - fascinating. Chap worked for 2 hours in the cold and dark and completely cleared out the pipe and sewer, and again I got to see 'live' on the camera at the clear pipe under the house. Very impressed, and so nice to have clear pipes and drains at last.

I had a problem with our drains just before Christmas, MPH Drain Services were excellent in all aspects of the service they provided. They came out straight away and the problem was fixed within no time at all, very prompt, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend their services again.

Had a problem with my drains getting blocked the Saturday before Xmas. They are covered by a guarantee by another company but for 4 days they let me down and mislead me, eventually I gave up and rang MPH they came out within 12 hours and sorted the problem. The operative was polite, personable and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
