Had our boiler break down recently and was getting a few local companies in to quote, mph had a engineer out same day to provide us with a quote and had our viessmann boiler installed by the next day at a great price. The installation team were great kept me updated on their arrival time, worked hard all day, explained in how the new boiler works and left everything spotless, will definitely use mph again!

Terrible company , sat talking for hours round a kitchen table abput a lot of nonsense

Scott the engineer that came to do the service was punctual, well mannered and tidy. I was impressed with the work ethic he portrayed and the service was handled efficiently.

We have recently had several renovations carried out by Ewan, Chris and the team at MPH including our kitchen, stairway and building work. The team were extremely professional and carried out all the works to a high standard. They answered all our questions and kept us up to date with how the works were proceeding regularly. We are extremely happy with the work they have done for us and we will be returning to them for any future works needed.

I first class service provided for both my boiler sdervive and my central hating system flush. A very good company to deal with. I look forward to using them in the future

We had our en suite and bathroom completely refitted in consecutive weeks, and the whole process was well planned and the work was carried out very professionally. Mark and Ian worked so hard, and to a very high standard, including clearing up every day. I am happy to recommend MPH for bathroom installation.

We had our boiler supplied and installed by MPH just over a year ago. The whole experience from quote to installation and after service was excellent. Great to see there are still people who care about providing a quality service at a fair price. We just had our boiler serviced by Scott at MPH and experienced the same high quality service and customer care. I would highly recommend MPH.

We had a service this morning and Scott one of MPH engineers text us after 8 to say he would arrive between 9 and 9.30 to service our boiler, always on time, they also I stalled our boiler a few years ago, wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recomend the company

Arrived on time, service done efficiently, great workmen, great customer service, and communication

Annual service time for the gas boiler! An early 'phone-call from MPH settled the date - a month in advance. All I had to do was wait, and on the day All I had to do wa swait! Then a welcome call from the engineer. "Sorry, I'm running a bit late! I be there between 13.00 - 13.30" Alittle before time he arrived. some five minutes early. Asked whether he wanted a cup of tea or coffee, the the answer was a polite decline.
Everything was prepared - space to work around, a ladder to save stretching: Ewan McLean was completely prepared. After a durther offer of being available to answer questions, I left him to get on with the job. It took half-an-hour, and then I questioned him! Thank you Ewan for clear answers! The system was in fine order, but one little thing - the Carbon monoxide monitor should be replaced because its time was up! Listen for constant bleeps, and replace. Thank you: good job, and peace of mind for an effiently working boiler for another year.
