Absolutely amazing from start to finish!

MPC undertook the very difficult task of installing loft, flat roof & room-in-roof insulation to my property originally built in 1928. Mark initially surveyed and explained in great detail of what would be involved including timescales, what sort of upheaval to expect and a programme of works which would allow myself and my family live in the house whilst the works were ongoing. When the project started, it operated like a Swiss watch - the installers were onsite early in the morning, materials delivered and everyone involved knew what their role was. As ceilings were being pulled down and lathe and plaster stripped out, there was considerable mess, however at the end of each day every tradesman endeavoured to clean up as best as practically possible. All waste materials were removed at the end of every day which helped reduce stress levels. I cannot fault anyone involved in the project, Andy (joiner) was absolutely amazing - he was in constant dialogue with me whilst I was at work to explain issues they were uncovering (such as dry rot!) and discussed ways in how to address so that the job could move forward. Andy also worked later into the evenings to ensure the project would be complete within the timeframe initially advised. I was taken aback by the overall quality delivered, the plasterers work was flawless and you would not know there was plastering work being done, no mess whatsoever.

Overall, we are 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to anyone - all staff members are an absolute credit to the company.

I had a domestic (Sunsynk) battery installation which initially, got off to a bit of a rocky start BUT after this, I must say that following this initial hiccup, the current MPC personnel I'm dealing with and their follow-up has been expert, helpful, friendly, courteous and conscientious.

M P C Energy were a great choice to complete my insulation work.

The lads were very professional and informative in what work they were doing.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone through my own experience.

Our overall experience with MPC energy was great from start to finish and we are delighted with the end result.
We had an air source heat pump, new radiators, tank and solar panels installed and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.
The office staff were very good in keeping us informed all the way through the application process to our local council and were very open to answering all our queries.
The guys who did the work were very polite and mindful of our home, did a great job and when the extensive work was completed they left the house clean and tidy.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family.

The air source heat pump was installed, there were leaks everywhere, my carpet is ruined in several places, the workmanship was shoddy only after several complaints and the guys kept coming back. The guys worked short days since they travelled from Glasgow and didn't get the work done in the time they said it would take, it took weeks longer because they took on other jobs at the same time. There was hot water pouring out of my roof, which they fixed a few days later, then got water was going into my toilet, eventually we have up on having hot water at all so it's turned off.
I had the heating off in the summer (and we didn't have hot water for above reasons) but the pump was costing me £40 extra per month to be doing nothing.
The manual doesn't tell you how to use the controls. The heat pump itself is leaking and so are several radiators (still, 8 months later, they keep saying the will come to fix but don't).

They installed the solar panels on the North facing roof where it gets no sun, and without the necessary planning permission because it was meant to go on the south facing roof, so they took them away saying they would come back and install them on the south facing roof, but they never did (this way initially done 8 months ago).

I am writing this review on my mother’s behalf ,in June 2023 she had 2 electric storage heaters replaced in her split level house ( 4 levels) one plug in radiator fitted in kitchen other 2 radiator left in boxes in the bedrooms not fitted!!! Hall radiator doesn’t work box where wires are connected is broken cellophane still on operating control obviously not been tested . Contacted the company twice assured my mum someone would be out to inspect it to no avail . House is below the minimum temperature had to use a plug in radiator to heat in living room . So much for money saving and greener energy . Definitely would not recommend these heaters or this company .

The whole process from start to finish was timely, professional and the work carried out to an extremely high standard. I have recommended MPC to several of my neighbours and I am delighted with the results. Absolutely worth 5 stars. The guys were great, being flexible to allow us to get the kids out for the day before starting work and everything was left clean and tidy. Don’t hesitate, use MPC energy.

New Boiler.
The rep that came to the house was very informative on the boiler that i had and explained how the scheme worked to receive a free new boiler. Sent a surveyor check the new condenser boiler would be suitable.
The people that fitted the boiler were pleasant tidied up before they left and showed me how the boiler worked

Delighted with my new upgraded heaters!
Initially a slight misunderstanding as I presumed all FOUR storage heaters would be replaced but only 3 were done initially which left a 4TH old one in full view at top of stairs.
I contacted the Company and they returned and I got my 4TH heater replaced !!
Guys who installed were great and left the place tidy.

MPC Energy Ltd surveyed my house for underfloor insulation very thoroughly and installed the insulation speedily. Every aspect of their involvement was carried out in a professional and friendly manner and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm for any energy saving installation work

My mother who is 85 had her boiler replaced. Our initial contact was Suzanne Smith who helped us with all our queries and ensured a smooth process for the installation. My mum was delighted with the engineers who fitted the boiler, the guys ensured they minimalised any disruption and went out of their way to ensure she was happy with the service. Absolutely delighted with MPC and would most definitely recommend to family and friends

Right your company keeps calling me every day about my housing repair status... every day I say not interested please stop calling me take me off your ringing list.... and your crap ignorant staff just put the phone down if you carry on calling me I'm reporting you to the police for harassment .....get a grip.....

We received a letter regarding grants in our area and called MPC, within 2 weeks we were visited by their representative and informed that we would be able to have an ASHP system with radiators, Solar panels, and various other energy saving measures fitted to our property. The work was then booked in and completed within 6 weeks form applying. I really appreciate all the help we received and a big thank you to John Quinn for his help regarding the Solar panels, due to the nature of our roof. Highly recommend this company, all staff were efficient and very tidy. Many thanks.

I would recommend MPC to anyone they were very helpful and quick to respond the survey was done by a professional and within a week we had our boiler replaced by yet another professional plumber all in all I would recommend this company to all my friends and relatives and anyone needing a replacement boiler Thankyou MPC

The work entailed several different parts ie. Plumbers electricians and plasterers. Excellent workmanship from plumbers and electricians who responded promptly when I voiced a concern re the new system. Had to make several phone calls re the Plastering Contractor to finally get a date for the work to begin but was satisfied with the end result.

I appreciated the work being done but the 2 wks I was originally advised it would take was a big underestimate. Overall it was more than 4 and the inconvenience was grim. There were also some misunderstandings and confusion as to exactly what was to be done. Some of the work was poor and after Ryan came to inspect it measures were put in place to rectify it as quickly as possible but had some things been done properly in first place this could have been avoided. In fairness, some work, eg plastering, was very good. The whole project just seemed neverending.

First class service, they couldn't do enough to ensure everything was ok. Nothing has been to much trouble for them, even cleaned up after themselves. Big thank you to the boys doing the job, they were a pleasure to deal with.

MPC energy were brilliant from the start, when the guy came to carry out the survey of our old boiler to the guys who came to install our new boiler the service was excellent all round.
