Pues igual que los demás comentarios, cogí una carta astral 50 céntimos y me han suscrito sin autorización y me han cargado 11,99€ ,quiero que me lo devuelvan
,ya he escrito al correo espero me den una solución,a través de zotlo he cancelado suscripción,espero no haya más cargos

Used the free trial and didn’t feel it was worth paying for, so prior to payments coming out I reached out to the customer services team twice to cancel my subscription, didn’t receive a response. I read the reviews on Trustpilot and noticed the Moyra team had responded to reviews with a different email address so emailed them twice to that email address and never received a response. I have now had to raise the matter direct through my bank to cancel any future payments, however I’m still receiving emails from Moyra daily yet you can’t speak to an actual person to cancel!! Do not sign up to this subscription!!

Impossible to cancel!!!
I registered for a month and then I can’t cancel and they keep on charging me. I deleted my account and they keep on charging me. The costumer service email does not work! They never reply!

Just as many others have experienced - I paid a small once off fee for a horoscope reading and now find myself in a subscription I didn't sign up for.

I paid using apple pay, and now I am being told I need to login Zotlo to cancel, but I can't even login into Zotlo (as I have never made an account) to cancel the Moyra subscription. Now I have payments going off I can’t cancel at all, and I have reached out to support multiple times with no response

I have been charged 8.90 every month despite i never signed up for it.

Compré una carta astral por 0,49€ carta que nunca llego a mi correo y ahora me habéis cobrado 11,99€ por una suscripción que yo no he hecho. Sois unos ESTAFADORES!

It has been the most excruciatingly painful process to unsubscribe from this scam of a business. I am so drained that I cannot even detail everything I've gone through to unsibscribe, and yet I AM STILL SUBSCRIBED. It has taken 4 weeks and I am still in the same position, receiving rubbish emails and £8.90 being taken out of my account.

This app is breaking EU consumer laws - The Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) & 2023 Revision specifically. Please report this company here if you are in the UK. I have just done the same. Go to the UKECC / Net website

page happened to me; I unfortunately don't usually check ratings on trustpilot, I definitely will now!
Moyra is using "dark patterns" to make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe. AND if you try to manage your subscription from their website, they tell you to check your App or Google store (doesn't work) or to go on Zotlo. They then redirect you to a "Business/Merchant" portal that shows 0 subscriptions, making you think you have nothing to cancel while they keep charging you.
TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
Do NOT use the link they give you. Go directly to the "account dot zotlo dot com" page (it doesn't let me submit the website but basically find the Customer Portal).
Connect there with the same email address you purchased Moyra with. Then under subscritpion you will find your account. Once found, click "Cancel Subscription" and then "Manage payment method" to delete your card entirely :) You'll be safe after that.

Shame on Moyra and Zotlo for these dishonest practices. And if it's not too late: save your money and stay away from this app!

Please don't use this app, it's horrendous. I have emailed twice to try and stop the subscription, when I go into my Google play it says I don't have a subscription, when I try sign into Moyra it says I don't have an account and doesn't recognise my email. It has taken money out of my bank account and now I am going to have to go through fraud process. I hope people read these reviews and put a stop to this awful scam. I have also emailed their support twice with no reply...the same email address they have given to anyone else who has complained on here. It's absolutely disgraceful.

Extremely annoyed being charged £8.90 on the 28th March, 2026. I have send emails to try and cancel the subscription here, there and everywhere to zoya, MOYRA etc...disgusting i agree with previous comments on here that the customer support is diabolical..Most apps you sign up to but, the choice to cancel with properly set up customer services.

DO NOT USE. took out the 50p subscription then no way of cancelling. I tried to email them repeatedly no respo9nse had to block with my bank.

Stay away from this website/app. Someone should sue them and put them out of business. They charts are also USELESS, nothing actually horoscope, just mumbo-jumbo horsepickle. You cannot delete your account or cancel your subscription. Here is a tip, if you do fall for it and you get charged $0.50 to start and then $12.99 without you consenting for the auto renew, here is how to CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION OF MOYRA.

1. Go to: account(dot)zotlo(dot)com/login?from=/account/subscriptions
2. Log in using the same email address that you used to create account on Moyra, even if you selected login via google, do the same here
3. Then go to Subscriptions tab, and cancel the freaking thing and delete your card details as well.

This was one hell of an experience and I want them to burn.

Es una estafa. El sistema de suscripción no es nada claro. Te cobran 0,50 y por detras te suscriben a una tercera empresa que se llama Zotlo y tienes que encontrar esa empresa para quitar la suscripción. Un incordio de estafadores que luego parecen a cobrar 12€. Gracias a dios, encontré la suscripción por meter este tema en la IA, que sino estaría perdido porque no aparece ninguna suscripción en Google y sin embargo cobra, Una estafa total al usuario.

Horrible service! Has signed me up for a subscription and taking money from my account without consent!!! I'm disputing every penny with my bank account! I've tried emailing, sending in queries and downloading the app to cancel but no success!! THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ARE THIEVING DISGUSTING SCAMMERS AND DESERVE TO GO TO JAIL. I'M FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

I believed I was signing up for a ONE TIME horoscope review costing approximately $0.50. Instead, I was charged $10 and am somehow ONGOINGLY billed without my knowledge or consent. I DID NOT AGREE to ANY subscription or continuous billing plan. I have also not received any confirmation emails, and I am unable to access or verify the billing details associated with my account. The SHEER LACK of transparency in your app and subscription process is extremely CONCERNING. The information provided was unclear and misleading, making it difficult to understand that I was being signed up for recurring charges. I am attempting to cancel my subscription and get in contact with them so hopefully it can be cancelled.
