Horrible Company With Horrible Attitude From Employees
Do not work with this company. They absolutely did nothing to help me when my ads started during the Covid Pandemic. I was forced to shut down by the government when we began running our campaign, so the ads were automatically useless from the start. Because of this problem I asked the company to help me and forgive at least one month's payment out of the three months I had contracted with them. They not only did not respond to my help, they also sent me the bill again without any words of apology or compassion. What's worse, the sales team decided to email me and ask if I would like to work with them again without bringing up my request for their help. What kind of attitude is this? They just proved to me that all they care about is my money and not my success or my trouble I faced from Covid-19. This type of company should be the one the government should close. Not Me.

Starting a new marketing campaign after the pandemic started, we, like everyone, was uncertain of what would happen in the coming weeks. We're surprised at your review, our Accounting Manager had given you a discount and spoke several times to work out a payment plan. The last email she got from you several weeks ago was in regards to thanking her for working with you on the payments. We did adjust your campaign with the changing climate, including added additional services free of charge, as well as deferred billing for several months.
