Moving internet is a fantastic service! They are professional, efficient and do their utmost to ensure you have a broadband connection when all else fails. I was able to get broadband the day after I lost it through moving, and then kept moving internet until my new broadband service was established. The return of the equipment was easy and deposit return swift, thank you Moving internet.

Absolutely loved this! It was an easy process and the device worked well. We recently moved property and our WiFi provider was messing us around but found this as a solution. For about a month it was used for two people working from home, with 4 laptops and constant teams calls with no issue. Only downfall was it was expensive for that time. However would definitely recommend and use again!

I work from home and moved recently. I only intended to use the moving internet service for ten days but due to issues with my existing broadband I had to extend by several weeks. The service I got from moving internet was excellent - equally as good as the service I get from my broadband provided. I have no complaints about the moving internet service.

A lifesaver when there was an unexpected gap when switching broadband providers. Loses one star though as the website gives the impression you will get amazing bandwidth but this is entirely down to your mobile reception.

£50 a week for the standard kit is a bargain compared to what you'd pay if you'd used a hotspot

Bandwidth is definitely much better than a hotspot
With limited devices connected I could:
+ stream a movie
+ access the cloud to work
I could not:
- take video (Teams) calls with the camera on
- my wife's work VPN also would not allow the network

Receipt was quick (next day)
Return was easy (requires a post office)
Refund was smooth - 6 days after dispatch (including a weekend)

I'm sure it worked fine but it still couldn't get a signal.

We were in the process of changing internet peoviders, but after some delays out of our control, we were going to end up with no internet at all for 3 weeks.

We found moving internet after an online search and found the whole experience super helpful and quick. They were thorough and informative and kept us up-to-date with the order and delivery.

I'd say the only drawback was the speed, and that the internet dropped intermittently, but that could've been down to the area we live (rural).

Overall, a fab service and would definitely use again.

I used Moving Internet as we moved house and it took several weeks to get our normal broadband re-connected. I was a little sceptical, but I must say, I was immediately converted.

The renting process is really easy. The device arrived on the day agreed. And it is as simple as plugging it in and connecting. I had to extend my rental a couple of times, which was straight forward.

The eventual return was as easy as packing the router and power lead into an envelope, sticking on the label which came with the box and dropping it at a Post Office.

I highly recommend this as a temporary broadband solution.

Very good service

We had a really bad experience with this company. They sent us the wrong password for our internet box so we were unable to access the internet. We emailed them (the only method of contact they offer) on the Thursday, they didn't respond till Monday. They didn't look at the screen shots we sent them, they didn't read the emails we sent them. They just sent us the same form response, making it clear they had not read or looked at anything. Refused to fully refund us despite their service being unusable (as they provided the wrong password). We had to spend a lot of money paying for an alternative internet service. They did not apologise in anyway. The customer service was really bad, considering they made such a basic mistake and then ignored us for six days of our so called hire, a simple 'sorry' would have gone a long way.

Super quick, efficient and a strong internet connection. The return of the device and reimbursement of our deposit was also seamless. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic solution to the awkward wait of transferring over internet services during a house move. The hub was ordered the day before we needed it and arrived quickly. The box was so easy to install and provided instant strong internet.
Communication from the company was excellent- very clear and easy to understand.

Excellent service and worked well so daughter and son-in-law could come on family holiday whilst working from home for the remainder of their week! Can recommend not just for moving home but for holidays where location has no wifi built in!!

As described. Also, when I sent it back a week early, I got a refund for the time I didn't use.

Positive: equipment arrived on time and really easy to get set up and use. Excellent speed for streaming services even with multiple devices using it.

Negative: Not fast enough if you need it to work from home and have many Teams video calls and opening large files from remote server.

Arrived on time, easy to extend the hire period online, internet coverage was great for my needs whilst moving house. Will use again as so straightforward and an ideal solution for temporary internet coverage

Easy to book online (obvs). Reliable on delivery (although GPO not so much - had to go pick up my parcel). Great speed of wifi. Plug and play. Easy to return and reliable on the refund. Second time I've used this service and I'll do it again whenever I need to.
