I was told 7-10 days. I ordered on 03/17 but didn't receive until 04/14. Customer service is non-existent, just a looped package tracker. The order comes from overseas but was mislead this was an American company. Says "AMERICAN MADE"... quality. Wtf?
I find myself quite disappointed with this group. Alongside my concerns about the customer service at moveone.org, I have significant reservations about this organization. As a supporter of our country and its people, I feel that this party has demonstrated a willingness to alter their tactics and messaging merely to secure votes. Therefore, I have decided to step away from this association.
Do not order from their online "store." Customer service reps take over a week to respond to most messages, and can't deliver their dated items within a reasonable timeframe. Quick summary of my final experience:
July 24 - I ordered a "VOTE 2020" mask.
September 1 - it's been over a month and I hadn't received the item, so I reached out to customer service
September 9 - received response to my message, and they advised the masks would ship by Sept 11.
September 28 - still hadn't received the item so I sent them a follow-up email
October 5 - they responded to my email, stating that the mask had already shipped. But I had never received it, and they couldn't provide me with any tracking information.
October 15 - still hadn't received it and sent them another message
October 21 - finally got the item in hand. Remember, this is a dated 2020 election item... so I only had less than 2 weeks to use it until election day passed and the item became irrelevant.
MoveOn offered zero sincere apologies, no offer to refund, and didn't exhibit any sense of remorse/ownership of the issue at all.
In the future I will only donate to and purchase from organizations that can deliver on their goods within a reasonable time frame... clearly this is something that MoveOn can't accomplish.
