From beginning to end the whole process was first class. I had never used a pet carrier service before and bought a pedigree BSH cat from a lady not far from Great Yarmouth, - I live in Lancashire so a long distance.

Vehicles are first class to ensure a comfortable journey for any animal. Graham who collected my new feline friend and then delivered her to me in Lancashire was great, despite having driven for most of the day.

Move my pet is a very professional and experienced company and both Ian and Graham have a real passion for what they do and a love of animals.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, rate them highly, so if you need a pet transport service, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic service. Taking my dalmatian to platinum k9 dog training. Stayed in my town overnight, to get him from clacton to derby at 5.30 in the morning, arriving by 9am. Alex was very good with my nervous dog. Arrived dead on time. Arranging everything with ian was very easy and straightforward. Great price. The van looked nice and comfy. Excellent

After doing loads of research I asked Ian, if he could move my dog. Within 4 days, the animal had been transported from Northern Ireland to Southern England . No drama, no fuss, just excellent service. The dogs welfare was the main concern for me, so I needed excellence which is what I received. Fantastic communication throughout. After such a long journey, the little dog arrived full of beans and best friends with Ian!! Can’t overstate state how FANTASTIC the service was.

Couldn't fault them. Good communication during the journey and traffic delays. They took good care of our timid cat, both at the Cattery and transporting him from Lincolnshire to Cumbria. We would highly recommend this service.

There aren’t enough words to say how grateful I am to Ian for taking such good care of my two Labs whilst I moved from London to Yorkshire this week. I had been so worried about how to make it work for my dogs and as they had never been in kennels before I was anxious. Ian was fantastic from start to finish, showing a genuine interest in my dogs, being incredibly patient and beyond professional with when he would arrive and how my dogs had settled in. Thank you so much Ian and to anyone reading this considering using Move My Pet, book now - you will not regret it.

Wow, what can I say about Ian and Move My Pet? We’re moving from Cumbria to Cornwall and the thing that was stressing us the most was how to safely and comfortably move our two cats. It was too long a journey for baskets in the car so a friend suggested a pet courier. We had no idea such people existed and we were very nervous about sending our beloved cats off in a van with a complete stranger but it was the best possible thing we could have done.

Ian put our minds totally at rest and we were very impressed with the set up of his van and his knowledge of animal behaviour. He arrived promptly to collect the cats and delivered them to the new house within only one minute of his ETA. On top of everything else, I had a puncture on the motorway and had to wait four hours to get it fixed. It was so late that I couldn’t manage the rest of the journey and was horrified at the thought that I might have had cats with me. What on earth would I have done? So I’m eternally grateful that we trusted our cats to Ian. He’s a lovely man and he does a fantastic job.

Excellent communication throughout the process, facilitated the transport of our puppy at very short notice without any issues at all. Excellent care of our puppy during the journey and I cannot recommend this company enough.
