I brought transit custom van Three months ago. I am really happy with they service after sale and I'll defently recommend to my friends this place....

I highly recommend this company, after finding a van online being sold by Motovans I was having trouble applying for finance so I phoned the company and got through to Julio, 48 hours later the van was delivered to my front door. It couldn’t have been easier, we’ll done Motovans.....I wish everything in life was this easy.

All round excellent service. From the initial enquiry to aftercare, helpful, polite, friendly,from the front office staff to the hidden mechanics in the workshop. Would definately recommend.

I purchased my first ever van & from the moment I spoke to Alfie to the moment I brought the van I was left very impressed with the way they handled the whole process. From what I saw they have a team of hardworking individuals who's aim is to give it's customers nothing but the best customer service and give you transparency. As time went on I had an issue with my van, within 3 hours it was collected and I was given a courtesy van. 48 hours later it was fixed and returned. I did have 3 months warranty and it is an added bonus which did give myself piece of mind. In summary I would definitely recommend motovans as the place to purchase your van and would buy from them again!

I bought a 2009 van from these guys. They were brilliant from the beginning, they helped me with all the process! Please read carefully! After I paid the van, more precisely less then a week after i had a problem with the clutch master cylinder. Basically the van broke down. I called them and guess what? Usually in this case the majority of car dealers will let you down but not them. I was very impressed by the way the reacted, prompt intervention. Even though I broke down in Leicestershire they sent immediately help and AA. They offered a courtesy van and fixed mine in less than 24 hours! So please bear in mind that you are dealing with a good honest company! Alfie and Ricardo helped me with every single process! Never been left alone for a second! Thank you so much and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
