We dealt with Ben in Birmingham and Izzy in Maidstone. Both were extremely personable and professional. They answered all our questions with courtesy and took care in ensuring we understood all the details of the transaction and handover process. The car was ready on time and valeted to a very highly standard. No complaints at all.

Helpful friendly staff who kept us informed throughout the purchase.
Good range of vehicles and they took the time to match our needs to available vehicles, including in other branches, to ensure best value. We did not feel pressured into a purchase.
Purchase itself was a smooth process which was helped by their evening opening hours for collection.
Would be happy to buy from there again.

I purchased a fully electric Jaguar I Pace which I had presumed was to Jaguar specification although was initially disappointed with the performance and felt it unstable when moving across motorway lanes.  Less than 2 weeks after collection I suffered a burst tyre. 
    On replacing the damaged tyre , the leading national tyre company visited , would not let me drive away with an equivalent quality tyre reporting that the car had NO electric rated EV tyres and that the tyres fitted were not suitable.        Deciding to replace all four tyres with the correct specification the car now runs so much better but I was told by Motorpoint that as EV tyres on EV cars are not a necessity for the MOT they follow their own standards not those of the vehicle manufacturer. I advised that I wished to return the car but they insisted that they will stand by their policy and would not make any contribution to the costs incurred. Take this into account when buying an electric car from Motorpoint.
They intend to review my comments regarding the specification and their policies but that does not address the £880 I paid for correct tyres , this price after a 25% Black Friday discount ! The conversation took place with customer services and was escalated internally without resolution.

Fantastic service, Chris from Maidstone was a gem, really looked after me and my car is beautiful. Also got a 2 year warranty for peace of mind.

Really good service both over the phone and in store at the test drive/purchasing appointment. Never felt push or rushed during the process. An issue I found with the the car was solved/fixed straight away with no question. Trading in my car took a while due to software issues which Marko was very apologetic about.

Second time buying a car from motorpoint MAIDSTONE, and i really want to say thank you to the team for an excellent service as always! Fin was amazing going through the process of selling me my new car, even though his still training he handled it like a pro. Keep it up, you will be going far in the motor trade, we need more honest people like you!

All good, price service. But just one crazy silly caper that jars the whole experience. They take the floor mats out - of new cars too, and then try and sell them back to you. Feels like a comedy routine, but just ruins an otherwise good experience.

We purchased a used Toyota Auris from Motorpoint Maidstone in September and are absolutely thrilled with it! Immaculate and very low & genuine mileage (MOT history corroberates..) and very competitive purchase price. We did have a TPMS fault with it, which became apparent as soon as we hit the M25 on the way home and then required Toyota to help reconnect a new proprietary sensor to the car's engine management system. My Warranty Claim lodged with Motorpoint was dealt with and with great speed and understanding by Sally Ann Guyett which is terrific. It has been so refreshing to find a Second Hand Car Dealership not only with great Stock but also entirely with is entire customer service approach standing out as Customer Centric in everything it has done for us. STRONGLY RECOMMENED and we will definitely be using again whenever my family (extended family too) are looking for a used vehicle.

I have brought 6 cars from different motorpoint sites and 3 now from Maidstone as it is now my local site. I dealt with Darcy this time round and from the very beginning he was helpful, positive and polite. My last car had been in an accident and I explained that I may be wasting his time as I didn't know if the car was written off. However he was more than happy to grap 3 or 4 different keys so I was able to look at boot space. The next time I popped in he was happy to let me drive a car never was I an inconvenience he was just happy to help. When he wasn't there Chris and Tina were also happy to help. I get the feeling they are a very close team which for car sales is very unusual. I have visited other local well know car warehouses and you are treated like a peace of meat with a pound aign and they don't want to talk to you unless your buying there and then with all the extras. Motorpoint Maidstone are sooooo different, it is completely refreshing.
You get non pressure sales staff genuinely wanting to help you buy the right car. Old fashioned reliable service something you don't often see in the modern world.
Well done Darcy and the team at Maidstone you really are a credit to Motorpoint.
Oh and they really are dirt cheap, l like very looked at prices and got a real bargain.
