We had a great experience with staff being so helpful as we had a few problems transferring money over Chris went over and above to make things happen.

I am pleased with car your staff are always friendly and make buying a car so easy. Have put a good review on trust pilot. The only problem none of your staff ever return a call or an email. So I find thew only way is to call in in person. If you resolve you would be perfect

I recently purchased a car from Motorpoint and I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.

First and foremost, I phoned to enquire about the car I now own and spoke with Faheem. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided me with all the information I needed, answered my questions clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process, which gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance.

When I arrived at the Maidstone branch, the whole team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was positive from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted by Darcy, who was kind, professional, and delivered outstanding customer service. He made me feel valued as a customer and ensured everything went smoothly.

I was also looked after by Sally Ann, who was calm, positive, and extremely helpful throughout. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, the level of customer service I received from Faheem, Darcy, Sally Ann, and the entire Maidstone team was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make the process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend Motorpoint Maidstone to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Service was AMAZING, highly recommend! We was looked after by Finley mainly he helped us pick a car and he was very helpful and honest with any questions we had. Chris and Finley helped value our part exchange and organise finance side as bad credit history and both was SO helpful and didnt feel judged regarding bad credit. Purchased a 2025 car from Motorpoint. Proces was very smooth. Car transported from Glasgow to Maidstone within one week. Trade in value good and car collected was in near new condition, which was expected and lived up to expectations driving home. Overall a very good experience. Am likely to buy another car in the next few months for another family member.

Contact throughout the process was very good, and collection day went equally smoothly. The car albeit only eight months old was as expected in very good condition with no problems identified on collection or driving home. Overall very good deal. Expect to purchase another car soon.

Buying the car from motorpoint was good as this is the 3rd one I have bought from them.handover at chingford branch was great in and out in 25-30 minutes.then I went for a handover of car at Maidstone what a a difference over a hour this wasn't stress free at the end she said I hope I don't see you again

From start to finish Darcy Barton couldn’t have been more helpful, making sure every question I had about the car I was buying was answered to my satisfaction. When I went to the collect the car it had been cleaned to showroom standard and looked like a new car. Even after I’d had the car a couple of days Darcy contacted me to make sure I was happy with everything.

Recently purchased a car at the Maidstone dealership. Looked after by Tina (sales executive) she was excellent from start to finish, patient, informative and overall very good with her customer service. First time buying from a dealership and can happily say the service was brilliant

I was very nervous when purchasing the vehicle as I had a bad experience in purchasing a vehicle from another company. But the staff at motor point Maidstone were very attentive and professional and assured me that if I had any questions or concerns after taking the vehicle that they would be there to help.
I am Very happy that I purchased a vehicle from motor point and would recommend to my friends and family.

Really disappointed with my experience at Motorpoint Maidstone.

I took my 2021 BMW 330e in for inspection and the sales manager told me the EV battery system needed replacing and that the car would need to go back under warranty. This was presented to me as if it was a confirmed major fault, despite there being no warning lights on the dashboard and the code itself being marked as intermittent rather than permanent.

I was then told to take the car to a local garage for further checks. After doing that, the code was cleared, the car was driven and charged again, and the fault has not returned. The garage all but confirmed there was no active issue with the vehicle.

What also stood out to me was how many cars were being rejected while I was there. I was in the branch for around 30 minutes and saw at least 3 other cars rejected in that time alone, with customers being told to take their vehicles to We Buy Any Car instead. The whole process felt extremely rushed, with worst-case scenarios being thrown around without proper investigation, almost as if problems were being guessed at rather than properly diagnosed.

To make matters worse, communication afterwards was awful. I called Motorpoint Maidstone multiple times and nobody answered. I also tried contacting the salesperson I had been dealing with after being told they would be available all day, but again got no response.

The sales manager and this company are quite possibly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. In my opinion the whole experience felt extremely misleading, with customers being unnecessarily alarmed and worst-case scenarios being presented as fact before proper diagnostics had even been carried out.

I completely understand that dealers need to be cautious with hybrid vehicles, but I do not think it is acceptable to tell customers their EV battery needs replacing without properly confirming the issue first. Overall the experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted a lot of my time and left me feeling completely misled.
