I travelled from Accrington to Edinburgh to pick up my car, everything was ready to go when I arrived, all I had to do was pay the outstanding ammount and car tax, a few signatures and away I went, 25 minutes at top.

Easy smooth transaction. First sales rep was not to knowledgeable about the car I purchased but got one of the other reps to go through the car details but good friendly service.

I got an excellent, almost unbelievable deal online. I initially contacted Motorpoint to check the details. I found myself talking to a lovely lady who answered all my questions politely, leaving me stunned. She said while you think I will give you a trade in price for your car. I didn't have to think I immediately bought the car. It was delivered to my local Motorpoint garage where a very polite, helpful sales person guided me through transferring my personal plate, no fuss. All in all, a smooth trouble free transaction. Thank you Motorpoint, I am a very happy cusfomer. A five star service.

Car was ready on time and fully valeted, our handover was slick and smooth, friendly and efficient staff, only downside is the after sales products are too expensive, car mats, paint protection and warranty are all cheaper online.
