I had an excellent experience using motor point at Birtley. To be honest I have never purchased a car with such speed and efficiency. All done and dusted in two days! Jordan was great to deal with he was so helpful on my test drive and with sorting out payments and reserving the vehicle. Lee took over and he was such a smashing, helpful guy when I came to pick up my car. Customer service with smiles and absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy. I would most definitely recommend using Motorpoint.

From stepping in the door of Motorpoint i was looked after 1st class . The car i picked to buy had been presented very well .the lads put me at ease and done a great job with my finance package.really left over the moon with my deal .

Massive selection of cars.
Helpful friendly staff.
No pushy sales, offer advice and help when entering the sales room leaving you to look around at leisure, staff available everywhere if you need more information about a car your interested in.
Decided on a MG hybrid had an informative demonstration off Reece on all the key points of the car that I wanted to know.
Was offered a fair price on part exchange.
Great service start to finish.
Would definitely recommend.

We’ve bought the last six cars with…
We’ve bought the last six cars with Motorpoint and all have been good experience……this one was no exception!
We weren’t actually going to buy a car when we came in, we were just browsing, but Kieran was so good after we spotted a car we were going to think about, that we bought it in the spot!
Kieran was excellent in all manners, and very knowledgable……a really good, polite, and not too pushy salesman !

We went to motorpoint Birtley because…
We went to motorpoint Birtley because we had seen a car on the website that we were interested in, one of the sales team (Wayne) was very helpful and brought the car round for us, we ended up buying the car, it did initially have a problem which they rectified straight away, we are more than happy with the car and the price we paid was really good.
