This was possibly the easiest I’ve ever brought a car! From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove out. Every member of staff was helpful and gave me no nonsense advice and didn’t try the normal car sales tactics.

The transition from dropping my old car off to driving away with my new one was 10/10.

We recently bought a car from the Birmingham branch having previously bought two cars from Motorpoint Derby and being very happy with the service. Well, what a difference a branch makes! Fobbed off with false promises that we are still chasing up now which Derby are having to sort. The manager at Birmingham agreed that, since the car was due a service just out of the 3 months, he would have it serviced for us before pick up. Stupidly we didn’t think to ask if this had actually been done as just assumed it would have been. We were also informed on pick up that the spare key was broken & they had ordered a new one which would be sent to the Derby branch. On getting the car home it transpired it had not been serviced after all & we are still chasing it up, with Birmingham now saying we are not entitled to it & us saying the manager agreed to it! And as for the key, they hadn’t ordered it at all!! Why lie about it? It’s taken over 2 weeks to find this out and now having to pursue it through Derby with my husband being told to find out himself how much a new key costs so they can approve it’s purchase! Absolute madness, we expected better of Motorpoint, we are very disappointed.

Would not recommend them, giving zero stars is not an option, staff are lovely but you get zero support or feedback as “their manager” has made a decision and decided against you request even though they have damaged your car…… lie after lie

We test drove a car at Motorpoint 4/5 years ago, it came down to two cars gir us and we decided to go with the car from the main dealer. A week later our son purchased a car from motorpoint and I’ve got to say the service he experienced was far superior to one we did from the main dealer. Fast forward to now, we had so much trouble with our previous car dealer (we paid for all the servicing up front) that we decided to part company, trade in our car and start again. From the moment we walked into Motorpoint we felt welcome and comfortable, the choice of cars was amazing! The team was really friendly and very knowledgeable, Steve our sales person listened to what we wanted and sourced it. We couldn’t fault them and couldn’t be any happier with our new car. Highly recommended Motorpoint for quality and service.

The sales man introduced him self and gave us all the time we needed to browse without hassling us, and then was very helpful and professional when we were purchasing the car, would definitely recommend great company motorpoint.

Not normally a huge fan of the second hand car buying experience but have to say Motorpoint were brilliant. Quality of the vehicle and the helpful people made it a very smooth and painless experience. Would definitely recommend.

All the staff are great they don’t mither you they let you look at your pleasure no pressure.

What a wonderful experience I had taking my car here apart from offering me the most money compared to all the other car buying sites the staff are very friendly and polite my appointment was at 2pm but arrived 20 mins early wasn’t a problem for them they greeted me asked for log book and key and within 40 mins of being there I was on my way home money paid in the bank and car sold not waiting days to be paid like some places do also was offered refreshments 10/10 I give them and I recommend taking your car here

Dawid Kucharski dealt with my elderly parents patiently, sensitively and respectfully. I would recommend going back to Motorpoint as long as I could be served by Dawid.

Great range of vehicles, no high pressure salesmen but there if needed.
Managed to get just the car we wanted at the right price.

Keanan was really helpful and guided us through the whole process and delivered on his promises.
