Good morning I’m writing a honest review about customer care on my vehicle which I purchased in November 2025 the vehicle came with a 60 month warranty. When I checked the service book there was no stamp to say the vehicle had been serviced. I phoned Motorpoint they said there is no service on the database. There was 23.509 on the clock. I phoned MG to see if they had any records of a service on there database but came back nothing. Motorpoint have sent me a email saying the car is down to me to get it serviced. Please be careful when buying a car from Motorpoint has customer service will not help you. Also if I don’t put a service on car then the warranty is void

I was in a time crunch and just decided to try my luck. All I can say is that within a week I was in a new car

Chelsea in the Birmingham branch was so friendly and not at all pushy, I’d seen the car I wanted online, went in and spoke to Chelsea she handed me the keys to have a look at it in person and left me too it no hovering or sales patter! Returned the next day got a good trade in price for my car and drove my new car away about an hour later. It was lovely not to feel pressured or rushed and I love my new car.

I went in with no expectations and was greeted by Keanan who made the experience hassle free, fun and informative. Great at his job and sorted everything I needed for my new car. I had a fantastic experience at the Motorpoint Birmingham branch when purchasing my new Mazda. From start to finish, the service was absolutely wonderful and made the whole car-buying process smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention has to go to Keanan Uppal and Gurj Atwal, who were both outstanding. They provided amazing help and advice, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure at any point—just honest, professional guidance and great customer care.

Had a good experience with buying a car from motorpoint so far, have had my car for 4 days so hopefully no issues going forward.
All the staff were lovely and welcoming but left us to our own devices whilst looking for cars and put no pressure on the sale. They liked to check in on us regularly whilst we were waiting to ensure we were okay and didn't need anything. Car itself was clean (however was to be expected considering its age), and I was able to test drive it twice without qualm to ensure it was a good fit for me. I understand Motorpoint's business model where there is some attempts to upsell for extended warranty, dashcams, clear coats etc. and so this was to be expected however in my experience this was not lathered on too thick.
Special shout out to Dawid and Gurjit who led us through the buying process and allowed some ridiculous requests including throwing in a motorpoint umbrella to sweeten the deal. The team were chilled out and had a good sense of humour and were approachable for any questions throughout. I was able to pick up the car on the day and overall impressed with the experience. Fingers crossed I run into no issues with the car itself!
