Was very happy with the service I received, very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

I was caught drunk driving 3 weeks ago leaving a friends bday party. I selfishly decided to drive a few miles home. I was caught by a marked police car undertaking and stopped as a result. I blew 84 at roadside and 72 at station. I was rightfully charged and spent 7 hours until I sobered up. This was my first ever offence with a clean driving record. I contacted Legal Advice Elliott David who was very well versed in giving me advice on what to do. He soon put me in touch with Simon Collingham who arguably is probably the most experienced barrister dealing with traffic offences. It also helps that he was also an ex police officer and understands the correct procedures that they must all follow. For blowing 72 the sentencing guidelines was 17-22months disqualification and I was facing 20 months. But because I chose Simon to defend myself, he set out an excellent character profile of myself supported by two character references and Simon also outlined coherently all mitigating circumstances. I was also potentially facing a community order which would have impacted my own business that I run. With Simon’s expertise in this matter he successfully argued that I should be given a fine instead which I received and even better I was only disqualified for 18 months and also as a bonus offered a drink awareness course which after completion makes my ban only 13 months. All in all very successful day due to Legal advice Mr Elliott and Simon, I can’t thank them enough. Also their price is highly reasonable for what they do and high % of a better outcome.

In my case i blew 40 on a drink drive test. Mandatory ban and thats all i needed to know but there wasnt any pushing for more.
