We picked up our caravan last week and, as complete newbies to caravanning, we had plenty of questions. From our first conversation with Brian, he was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions.

Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was well organised. The caravan had been thoroughly checked before handover, we received a really useful video showing us how everything worked, and the 12-month warranty gives added peace of mind.

When we collected the caravan, Brian took us through everything we needed to know before we set off. Nothing was rushed, and we really appreciated the time he gave us.

I was unsure at first how buying a camper through a broker worked but Brian explained everything. I’d never set foot in a campervan so Brian kindly showed me inside one that he had at his yard. Explained how everything worked etc. I soon saw a VW on his website that really caught my eye. Brian very kindly arranged for the van to be brought to his yard as I was unsure of viewing it on my own. I took one look at it in Brian’s yard and knew it was the van for me. In less than a week of first seeing the van I drove away in it. Brian help me through every step of buying it. Arranged Hab checks on the van and his team checked it all over and sent me a video of how everything worked on it. I would 100% recommend buying a campervan through MotorHome World.

I just sold my McLouise Fusion Motorhome through Motorhomeworld. It was an extremely easy, smooth process and although it took a little longer than I anticipated, I achieved a fair price. From the first enquiry, Brian was really friendly, easy to deal with, and never pushy at all.
Communication was spot on the whole way through—any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. The handover was great too, as everything was explained properly so we felt confident getting started. Brian also sent a wee video covering all the functionality within the motorhome which was really handy as you can save that & refer back to it if need be.
You can tell Brian genuinely cares about his customers and wants you to have a good experience. Buying a used motorhome can be quite a stressful process as its a big purchase but Brian really made us feel we could trust the him and the process. We also got a 3yr warranty on our motorhome.
