BUY YOU MOTORHOME FROM HERE!

I have just bought a motorhome using Motorhome Marketplace, with the help and guidance of Chris Parsons.

Honestly... if you're an hesitant to buy from somewhere that isn't a direct dealer... DON'T BE. Chris is absolutely amazing. Answering all my questions and concerns. Nothing was ever an issue.

He made it such a nice, enjoyable, stress free process to buy our motorhome.
Then even better (in my opinion) is how I've been tret since paying. I find companies change once they've got your money. Not here. Chris has helped us out immediately with an issue we had with leisure batteries. Gave me simple advice to try. It didn't work. So new batteries have been ordered. No bartering or nonsense.

If more people and business acted like Chris at motorhome marketplace, businesses would run much smoother and customers would be much happier.

Rupert provided a great service selling our motorhome. He found a buyer quickly and ensured a smooth transaction. Very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend.

We’ve sold our motorhome using Motorhome Marketplace, and would like to thank Chris Parsons for facilitating the sale. When he came to take photos and set up the advertising, he offered sound advice about appropriate pricing. He was friendly and helpful, and kept us fully informed throughout the selling process. Communication was excellent. He attended viewings, and on the day of the sale, when the new owner came to collect the van, Chris was in attendance to ensure a straightforward transfer of money, and that all of DVLA’s requirements were fully met. Motorhome Marketplace charge a modest flat fee rather than a percentage. This fee covered ALL of Motorhome Marketplace’s services - including photography, advertising and a warranty for the purchaser.
We’re not experienced in selling used vehicles privately, and have certainly never used a broker before; but on the strength of this experience, we can confidently say that anyone wanting to sell their motorhome need have no qualms about using the services of Motorhome Marketplace. Many thanks, Chris, for making the whole thing an easy and straightforward experience.

We travelled from Northern Ireland to south west England trusting that Rupert had been honest and sincere. We were not disappointed the van was as he had described and more. Prior to our agreement he went beyond to provide all necessary information supported by documentation. Nice guy who can be trusted. Very simple and straightforward process buying the van. Dealt with Rupert with the purchase of our new Motorhome, he was very professional and answered all of our questions, sent about 50 photos and gave us a good part exchange on our van.
Was the best part of a 500 mile round trip to see and eventually buy our new Motorhome, Rupert and the seller of the MH were very friendly, the van was exactly as described, it was a very pleasant experience over all, would certainly use Motorhome marketplace again, if we are in the market for an upgrade in the future!

Had a really great experience buying our first campervan after owning caravans for over 30yrs. I was very nervous of transferring large sums of money to a company ahead of buying the van however everything went very smoothly and Chris was very reassuring throughout. He explained the whole process carefully and let us decide ourselves when to proceed with no pressure. On the handover day he organised all the payment , tax and warranty with us ensuring we were satisfied with it all.

I worked with Rupert on the purchase of a 2020 Swift Motorhome, which was bought by my parents for their retirement, and the whole process was extremely seemless and efficient throughout!
There was no sales pressure at all! Rupert was extremely diligent and knowledgeable in answering all my queries over the phone and via text, in the lead up to the visit. He sent detailed additional photos, and gave a great backround on the Motorhome prior to going to see it. We travelled from Northern Ireland, hence nervous on travelling a long distance for a Camper that may not be suitable, but we had all the confidence we needed after dealing with Rupert. He llifted us from the airport (on a Sunday!), and took us to the vendors home, no questions asked!
He seemed to have a great rapport with the seller as well, which is another indication of a professional company, and the sale went very easily as the Camper was exactly as described. All documentation (bill of receipt, warranty details) were all sent through extremely quick and the transfer of ownership done there and then.
Overall, this experience was perfect based on the integrity and knowledge of Rupert, hence I would have no issue in recommending to other buyers, or sellers!
