I have just recently brought a car from motor market and the service that I received from Paul and also the rest of the team from start to completion was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company as nothing is a problem for them.

The service was great. It was the first time I'd brought a car from a shop. They showed me step by step what to do and did most of it for me even sorted my tax.

Great experience right from first stepping on the forecourt. No hard sell, Paul left us to browse. He arranged a test drive immediately and answered all our questions. Communication after the purchase was excellent, can’t fault them. We would definitely return when needed and recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Motor Market at Cradley Heath as from the moment I was looking to part exchange my car then from purchasing a car I experienced the best service you could possibly be given.
I was given plenty of time to choose a vehicle with the staff answering my questions and addressing any concerns.
The secondhand car I purchased was spotless inside and out as Motor Market take pride in their vehicles for sale to give the customer that extra special touch.
My daughter received £100 as a recommendation and myself was given a bouquet of flowers as a thank you when I collected my car.

Car all done on time for collection

Motor Market have an excellently presented forecourt and offices, with all their cars looking very clean and presentable. The purchasing experience was really laidback. They gave me all the time I needed to look around the car and were more than happy to allow me to test drive it unaccompanied. Honestly couldn't have made the whole experience any easier if they tried.

On a personal note, like me, they're speedway fans, so despite us not having met before I felt we got along swimmingly from the offset.
