Motoexpert on Cherni Vrux, Sofia, Bulgaria charges more for foreigners than Bulgarians. I was overcharged for a change in seasonal tires, while my (Bulgarian) wife -- with the same type vehicle and wheel dimensions -- was charged considerably less. Furthermore, my appointment was at 16:00 but two Bulgarians who came into the shop long after I did for the same service was serviced first. I then waited until almost 17:00 for my car to be serviced. Additionally, my wife's invoice read that her car was not an SUV, and mine read that my vehicle was. (It is NOT an SUV.) I emailed them several times, asking them to repay my debit card the difference, with no response. They have ignored my complaint because they know there purposefully overcharged me. They are cheats and dishonest! FOREIGNERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! They DO NOT want you there.
