I’m not gonna lie, at first I thought this site might be a scam because my order took longer than expected and I started to worry. But once it arrived, I was beyond impressed. The clothes were even better than I expected — really cute, great quality, and super flattering. Customer service was also amazing and very helpful the whole time, which made me feel a lot better. In the end, this order completely exceeded my expectations. Definitely 5 stars!

Ordered a month ago and never received my stuff. No one responded back from customer service

I would never order off this site anymore... I order an outfit like two weeks ago still haven't receive a tracking number haven't been shipped.. Horrible customer service.. don't respond to my email.. never again

I made two purchases with this site on 3/1/26. I didn’t receive any tracking information until I reached out to customer service. Motionkiller.com provided two phony USPS tracking numbers. Both tracking numbers stated “tracking not available”. I have reported the business for fraud. I also disputed the transactions with my bank. If I could provide no star as my review, I would.

This company is horrible. Lost my package. I ordered on 2/14/2026 And I still have not received my order. The CS keeps saying my package will get shipped within the next parcel, but I still haven’t gotten anything.. Please people stay away from these out of countries website. I will be reporting this to the news channel to inform people.

I ordered on the 9th and they sent me an order number and tracking number that went to an "Unavailable" status. I didn't know it was coming from overseas until I did my research so I said OK it will take a 1-3 days to hear something like the site says. After a week of nothing no change in status or delivery updates via email , but a lot of advertisement emails flooding my inbox, I had to write an email to all the departments they had listed on the site threatening to goto every social media platform they advertise on and let them know their selling practiced and deception. I started to get emails and responses right away. My packaged was delivered on Christmas Eve and I was able to give the items as presents on Christmas day. So it wasn't all bad but you have to stay on their backs and keep contacting them so your shipment doesn't fall through the cracks.

Order a top for trip to vegas Sept 3rd never received it .went back& forth will cust service. it finally said it was delivered sun 26th sept. I dont have it. cust serv tells me to be detective & ask my neighbors or call the post office. Dont shop with them they will steal your money & not deliver your items
