I've used MNG products for over 3 years; the Oils are excellent and delivery is prompt. As I smoker-my bad-,who doesn't like the smell of smoke in my home and on my clothes, I use 100% Aniseed for the home, Lavender oil, fabric conditioner and water for my clothes, and a combination of oils(5 parts Eucalyptus, 5 parts Peppermint, 3 parts Wintergreen and 3 parts Cajeput) as an Olbas Oil; MNG really are Essential for me and they cost less than the candles I use with Aniseed. for my home.

I have been a customer for many years, buying all sorts of goodies to help keep us healthy and chilled out. I make my own skin care products so the base oils and essential oils give me plenty of choice. I also make kitchen cleaning sprays and bath ballistics, so MNG is my go to place for the ingredients for them too. the staff are very knowledgeable, so if I have any query I am never afraid to ask questions. No need to go price comparing either as they are always a good price and organic. No nasties in our house thank you!

This firm is spot on-does exactly what it says on the tin. The oils themselves are top grade and the price is very reasonable. Delivery is exceptional. And nothing is too much to ask.

I ordered some Lavender on eBay some time in July that arrived damaged which I was quite upset about as I was waiting going to give it to a friend for their birthday.

I decided to give them a call using a phone number on their website. Note that The number on trust pilot is wrong. Took me ringing a good few times before I looked on google and website! Either way, I finally got through and spoke to a member of their team.

This is where I was pleasantly surprised! They sent me a replacement, 1st class free of charge which arrived the very next day AND gave me an extra bottle for the inconvenience. Service like this will keep me buying!

Their Oil quality is fantastic and their service is second to none.

Called and spoke with one of their staff for information on CERTAIN essential oils. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Placed the order and paid over the phone. Product was shipped the same day to Malta and arrived surprisingly quickly. Love the product and the Customer Service. I’LL BE BACK!

Ordered Frankincense & rose cream. Didn't come - no response to emails. When finally received order they supplied cream made by another company! Suspect there was NO frankincense in it at all - no scent.

Company contacted me to explain that it was the same product but different packaging but still doesn't explain why no scent. Perhaps a bad batch?
