I would give 0 stars to this company if I could. I received a set of rings with my nans ashes included. In the first instance the wrong size was sent. I had it measured for size at 2 separate jewellers and it was a size smaller. The lady that runs this company then argued about it claiming it was the size that was ordered before finally agreeing to replace it reluctantly after photos proving the error. The second set then arrived and within less than a month some of the small stones on one of the rings had fallen out and both rings in the set had become misshapen due to them being so thin. I was refused a refund or replacement for this item despite it clearly being unfit for purpose and I had only been wearing the rings less than a month and taking them off for bed, showering and cleaning etc. the blame was placed on me rather than accepting that she had sold a substandard item. This item obviously holds sentimental value as it contains my nans ashes but I cannot wear it as it’s misshapen and as stones have fallen out I am worried the big stone containing the ashes may also fall out. Colette was incredibly rude and unwilling to help. She took great offence to being informed the product was defective and rather than fix the problem placed all blame on the consumer then felt sorry for herself as she took this as a personal complaint as opposed to an issue with a defective product. I have used a different company for a new ring which is much better quality and would warn anybody using this company that if there are any issues with the received product no help will be given to resolve it. It’s incredibly upsetting that such a sentimental and personal piece of jewellery cannot be worn.

Update: Additionally as you can see from the reply no responsibility has been taken for this product having a fault. Rings should not misshapen from daily wear especially as they were being removed when undertaking tasks in which they could sustain damage. No favour was given by replacing the ring initially that was sent (not ordered) in the wrong size. I would also like to not that I have worked at a jewellers and had a customer returned a ring to me within a month that had misshapen and lost stones I would of refunded the item as it is clearly defective. After seeing a proper jeweller to see if the ring could be salvaged I was also told that it could not as the stones used were too small for the setting and if they were replaced they would fall out again. It took a while to leave this review as we were hoping something could be resolved and we were also upset and angry as a part of my Nan is in a ring that cannot be worn. Other rings were ordered yes and 1 has faded despite not being worn daily and my brother is worried about wearing his ring due to the problems with mine. Your customer service is terrible. Placing blame on customers and implying I did not take care of such a sentimental piece of jewellery is shocking.

So happy with my breastmilk and hair inclusion, in a gold pendant 😊 colette was more than happy to answer any and all questions asked, which I did ask 101questions 🤣 I was kept up to date through the process, ie when she started it, when it was done, when it was posted back to me etc,
I'm more than happy and truly amazed at my pendant, it means soo much ❤️ an colette was able to do everything i asked for, I'm truly grateful for you colette your amazing at what you do 🥰 an now I have this amazing keepsake I can keep forever to mark having my miracle baby girl 🩷
Quality us amazing and well worth the money I would truly recommend 🩷
Time frame wasn't long either, colette was straight on it 😁 although works of art are worth the wait anyway 😀

Such a great experience from initial contact, right through to delivery.
Item arrived in lovely packaging which includes cleaning cloth, aftercare advice and a certificate of authenticity. You can really tell everything has been made with love.

The lady behind the makes is always so kind, she responds within a good time frame & is always so respectful towards my loved lost ones hair that I had included into multiple pieces.
She made the whole process easy, quick & made sure I was happy with everything throughout the whole process.
I had a very good experience with her so much so I've gone back to have more makes.
I would highly recommend using her for your personal jewellery & other bits you'd like to have your loved ones put into.
All left over hair was returned in a lovely bag & packed up in the most respectful way. 10/10 service

I got a ring made with many dad's ashes,, it's amazing I cried when I opened it such a beautiful keepsake and my dad will come everywhere with me,, thank you soooo much ❤️❤️

My mom brought a glass pendant made out of dads ashes. Beautifully gift wrapped in a box with a cleaning cloth and a velvet pouch with my dads ashes in. Superb piece of jewellrey and something that I can have my dad close to me. Such a lovely lady who makes them too. Thank you .

Motherkind keepsakes are amazing. My rings are absolutely beautiful and represents my Dad 100% and bring much needed closure to me. They went above and beyond to support me through this difficult time and I can not recommend them enough.

Fast and amazing turn around! I sent my boys hair to Colette, the last piece of him I had on this earth and she made it into something so beautiful, ill be forever in her debt, I now carry a little piece of my boy around my neck always. She kept me updated throughout the process and listened to my worries and reassured me with everything, will never use anyone else! Have still got a little piece of hair left so maybe in future I will have some other jewelry made, but for now she has made me the happiest I've been for a while. Fantastic customer service from Colette. I ordered a ring for my beautiful dog Maisy's ashes, who we lost back in April. I found the perfect piece on my birthday in August. Sent her ashes and some fur off on the Monday. Colette kept me up to date with my piece and it arrived back with me within 10 days. It is absolutely stunning and I cannot thank her enough.

I chose this company to create a ring to include my sons hair in for a nice little keepsake for myself. Colette was fantastic in her communications and was informed of each step along the way. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and it is truly stunning. I have never taken it off and always receive compliments.
