Mothercore is a virtual-first pelvic floor physiotherapy platform, providing specialist 1:1 care to women through every life stage, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. Our consultations are delivered remotely over secure video by fully qualified physiotherapists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), so you receive expert, evidence-based treatment from the comfort of home. We support women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as with a wide range of conditions including urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and menopausal pelvic symptoms. Every patient is assessed individually and given a personalised treatment plan, with ongoing check-ins to track progress and adapt their programme over time. Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, yet too many women struggle to access timely, specialist help. Mothercore was founded to change that — making convenient, professional, and compassionate pelvic health care accessible to women wherever they are. No long waiting lists, no clinic commute, just expert support built around your life.

As an older woman experiencing urgency, and Incontinence I wanted the best possible help. I had several sessions with Zarfasheen who was so understanding and supportive that I felt ready to really tackle this problem.
Platform is super easy to use.
I was doubtful about how helpful online therapy would be but results were very positive and came very quickly. It significantly helped my issues and I no longer have any pelvic floor related troubles.
I had just a fantastic experience with Mothercore. The session ran so smoothly and I was instantly put at ease. I came away feeling really empowered with very clear and actionable steps to take next, and all from the comfort of my home. Highly recommend!
Mothercore offers an essential service and I am so grateful to have found them. My sessions with physiotherapist Avni have been wonderful: she listens so attentively to all I have to say, and then offers practical, implementable, medically-backed scientific solutions. I really really appreciate the service that Mothercore offers and support the business wholeheartedly. I hope other mothers and mothers-to-be can benefit from what they have to offer!
