I’ve ordered from MOTH a few times now and have always been more than happy with their cocktails and service. I have a few favourites but always keep a few more different ones in the fridge for friends and family.

I love the taste, quality and price. The alcohol strength is as you would expect from a cocktail 🍸 bar. I feel MOTH offer an excellent choice of tinned cocktails to keep at home for when you don’t have the time or ingredients to whip up a quick cocktail for when friends pop round or the sun decides to shine.

Terrible customer service - ordered as a birthday present. Evri couldn’t deliver the day before but the tracking says they would try again the next day, the actual birthday. They didn’t. Contacted Moth customer service. They said they would look into it. They’re still ‘looking into it’. Meanwhile, the birthday has come and gone, as they know. I won’t be ordering again.

Purchased the Duo Glass Gift pack for my niece & husband for Christmas. Major problems with Evri delivery but MOTH customer service went above and beyond and made sure all ended well & they both absolutely loved the gift set with the amazing cocktails, glasses & giant ice cube tray. Will definitely use this company again both for their products & customer service. Thanks again

These cocktails are amazing. My go-to!

I ordered on 20 December with next day delivery as a present for xmas. Chased on the delivery on 21 Dec and no answer. Finally replied on 23 Dec to say it would be delivered on 24 Dec.

Chased again on 30 Dec and advised it should be delivered on 31 December.

Absolutely hopeless.

Do not buy from this company unless you can wait weeks for it to be delivered.

I'm looking forward to my margaritas at Christmas. There was no problem with the delivery... tracked, 4 days... and the packaging was good. I hope they bring some new cocktails out soon.

The best customer service I’ve experienced. The cocktails are fantastic, especially the margaritas and espresso martini’s but if you have any issues with the quality or delivery service, the customer service is second to none. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered from Moth drinks and realised I had made a mistake with the shipping address so reached out to their customer service team via email late on a Friday evening. To my surprise, they emailed back within an hour, despite being outside working hours, and they sorted the problem. The delivery has been received way quicker than their estimated dispatch and the product (Christmas Crackers) looks amazing! I am really impressed by how great their customer service have been which is really hard to find in a company these days! Will definitely be a long term customer going forward!

I am surprised by the amount of high reviews. I didn't like the cocktails at all and found them to taste really synthetic. We couldn't even drink the Expresso Martini or the Whisky one. I think the idea us great but sorry just not for me.

WTF Packaging? Why, when I paid extra for a gift box and left a gift message, do they put the contents on the outside of the box? No surprise gift there then.......

Terrible tasting overpriced cocktails.

Not balanced cheap sprits with weak mix ingredients gives the overly boozy flavour. Tried the range now and I wouldn't recommend anything of them Vs their cheaper premixed counterparts.

Order #50794. Annoyed. Ordered on next day delivery, and they couldn't fulfill it. Fine. It was a birthday present, so at this point, if i couldn't receive the following day it was useless to me. I replied "if i cant 100% receive this tomorrow, i don't want it and i want a full refund". After that connection went loose. They said they're "in contact with the warehouse" then i didn't hear anything for 3 days. Had to chase myself this morning, and apparently "still waiting to hear from warehouse" THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I am now inconvenienced and out of pocket, and have had little to no help from any of the customer service team over the last few days. This product is now useless to me, i want a full refund, i ordered on the basis that it would arrive the next day, i gave you the benefit of the doubt by allowing another day, but this is taking the mick now

Bought the margs and paloma for a dinner party. Easy and delicious way to host.

The best quality cocktails on the market!

Great cocktail in a can. We ordered some to take to the beach and they were perfect. Lots of different options and all delicious.

Customer service as quick and helpful when I needed some help.

Had four of the paloma cocktails for the Euros, went down so smoothly. 10/10 for taste

Not overly sweet, so convenient and mixed perfectly. Love taking them to family BBQs.
