I placed my order on the 7th of November 2024 and have still not received my order. It's been 6 months! In December I received a tracking number which didn't work. I wrote to customer service and they said they had a backlog and should be caught up within 10 days. Nothing. I wrote again in March and have yet to receive a response or the products. Looking at the reviews, anyone in Australia doesn't receive their products but elsewhere do. Really bad business and very disappointing! I guess I can consider my money lost at this point.

If I got vote no stars I would . Complete scam - do not order from here!

Scammers . Ordered in dec24. Nothing ever sent. No refunds. Just take your money. The people giving 5/5 on here are total scammers too. Keep doing your research. Don't spend 1 cent with this #$%^!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolute scam. Ordered in November still haven’t received anything. Their replies are copy and paste vague and contradicting.

I placed an order back in early December 2024.
Still haven't received it, the communication is sparse (weeks apart) and contradicting.
I have one email saying it had been shipped, then another saying production was starting again early Jan, then another 2 separate responses a month apart saying "sorry we are facing challenges with logistics and we will ship it this month"
And while I have sent screenshots to them of the contradicting responses, politely asking for a tracking number - no one can give me one or any further detail.
I understand businesses have challenges, but there's ways and means to manage and communicate these. I'm prepared to part with the donated funds I have given to Mos X Daily, but don't make my mistake and take your funds elsewhere.

The company is a total scam! They don’t have any products. But they will charge you for them. I ordered a month ago and never got my product. Reached out to the company multiple ways and multiple times, no reply whatsoever ! That company and site needs to be reported and taken down !!

I ordered one day before my birthday and they never sent my order and won't respond to me, I ordered in January and sent many emails. The app Shop won't even help me. Why is Shop supporting a place that is stealing people's money. There 24/7 live chat doesn't
work?? Do not order from here.

I ordered sea moss year ago and still waiting...

I haven't received my item after 6 MONTHS and when I reached out to the customer service team I had a very oddly worded reply (seemed very unprofessional) assuring me the order would be received by the end of the month. Three weeks later (end of the month) I've received nothing. Would be happy to update this review is a full refund is received.

Didn't ship anything. Stole my money and now refusing to refund.

I have been waiting for my order since October
It's now March
Crap customer service
Don't bother buying. Ones that do get their orders receive defected product.

SCAM COMPANY!!! Whatever you do, do not purchase from them. I ordered over 5 weeks ago and still nothing. I messaged them on instagram and this is their response:

Me: It’s been a month since I ordered, where is my order please?

Them: Hello there, We are say sorry for you waiting, We still arrange your order properly and sending too! Best Mifha

Me: Sorry but that’s not good enough. It’s now been 5 weeks. I want a refund please

Them: Hi Dan, good morning, have a great days! Thank you for your email, we are sorry for you, We can't offer you a refund, because your order will be sending soon for this month. Thank you for the reader. By eppy

Since ordering from them I have ordered, received and finished a months supply from Mylas Sea Moss. If you want to dive in to Sea Moss, purchase from Mylas. They are a 5 star company. Mos x Daily are scammers and will rob you.

Nearly 6 months no order I know alot of people that are in the same boat

It was simple from start to finish, great company, people and product! Will definitely use again! Cheers TD!
