We definitely recommend Morty!
Diego helped us throughout the whole process. He patiently and professionally responded to emails/texts in a timely manner and addressed any concerns we had right away.
Jack got us through a chaotic closing (on the bank's end) with ease. He kept us informed and feeling positive even during last minute hiccups.
The whole Morty team worked diligently to get us in our new home in just 23 days! We are extremely grateful!!

Michael, the loan officer, was a pleasure to work with! He was communicative during the entire process. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. Tim, the closing associate, was also communicative. He made the official closing a positive experience when we needed to meet the closing date. Buying a house is a big decision and the process isn't linear so, we are thankful that Michael and Tim were there to support us through closing! Thank you so, so much!

My experience with Morty on every level was spectacular! I spoke with close to 10 mortgage companies and brokers and not only did Morty get us the best rates, but their customer service is stellar.

Phillip and Noah guided us through the process and were there every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and attentive. Their response time to answer questions was always fast. On several occasions we needed advice and they were spot on!

The whole application process was also very easy and straight forward. They Morty dashboard is great and keeps things organized as you know exactly where you are during the entire escrow, including whenever you need to upload documents or answer questions.

I was even able to get new rate lock during escrow which was .75% better!

Morty has very competitive rates and good service. Phillip and Tim were always there to answer any questions. We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

Easiest, fastest, most friendly mortgage process ever! My broker, Diego and my closer, Keegan were by my side the whole time, always available to address any issues and move the process along smoothly, ahead of schedule and headache-free. This is what getting a mortgage *should* be. Thank you, guys!

Although I had issues with the lender, Tim and Morty.com were very helpful and always prompt in addressing a concern or answering a question. Despite a challenging period where rates were rapidly rising, they helped make the whole process go smoothly.

The offering that Morty has is outstanding! The ability to lock a rate for 0 dollars, 180 days in advance, and unlimited float downs is not available anywhere else, in know because I looked. This was key to our family getting a great rate quickly in a rising rate environment. Of the individuals I spoke with everyone was great, but one individual stood out and that was Jack. He was fantastic! Once he got involved in the process everything went very smooth and his responsiveness was key. As you move through the process, just ensure to loop in all members of your Morty team and things will get done quickly.

If you don’t mind doing everything through emails and uploads then this is the way to go. Jack was a great closing lead and when things got hairy because the lender decided to do an escrow holdback at the last minute then his emails changed to texts and phone calls which I appreciated. I would use them again but hopefully never have to buy another home again!

Going through Morty resulted in a lower interest rate and lower out of pocket costs at closing. Phillip Estevez, the mortgage advisor, was great in answering all the loan questions and helping navigate through entire process. Jack Edelman, the closer for the loan, did a fantastic job with support and overcoming many builder challenges. Even with the builder finishing the house early and moving up closing by 2 weeks, Jack was able to deliver on time! I would definitely use morty again!
