Customer service that excels

First time using hornbeam logs and…
First time using hornbeam logs and they’re great. Super dense and long lasting burn. Almost like the night logs you can get. Well worth the extra couple of quid.
It was unfortunate that DPD let the side down by delivering a day late but not Mortimers fault.

Ordering and delivery from Mortimer’s is always straightforward, quick and professional. This time I have tried the Hornbeam and I have to say, it’s marvellous! A great burn, giving excellent, long lasting heat. I’m converted!

Great choice of bags
Great choice of bags, nit too big, not too small. Free next day delivery with DPD. Logs are perfect size and burn well, but not too fast. I have already ordered from them twice.
