Took out a BTL mortgage with mortgage and life ltd , I was stuck between bad estate agents where they had wasted a lot of my time but Syed took care of all of that for me didn’t let me stress at all got me my mortgage with in 7 working days despite the pandemic situation , answered my calls any time of the day , overall I’m more than pleased with the customer service , I have already recommended all friends and family , and will continue to do so, will definitely be coming again in future .

Excellent customer service and mortgage advice tailored to each scenario presented to the advisor Ali. Gave a detailed breakdown of all the options available to me with clear and unbiased advice for each.
In terms of customer service, it was great to see someone who was always available and more than happy to take calls and further the time to summarise discussions and options via email. I got more than what I paid for and was never once made to feel less important or an inconvenience.
Would definitely recommend the company and the advisor.

Great service and best mortgage advisor
From start to finish I was kept updated and provided excellent customer service. Not only did I get my mortgage but I got the best advice on my income protection and life insurance.
