Brilliant experience
I recently contacted Kate to advise me on purchasing my second home after selling my initial home down south. James helped us to get a DIP the same…
James helped us to get a DIP the same day we instructed him as we was going to view a property the day after. Then managed to get the mortgage offer issued for us within a week! Would 100% recommend very friendly and provides the best advice so that you are able to get the right product which suits your circumstances.

James brokered my mortgage for me, was very friendly and full of knowledge which was useful as I had no clue what to do, James handled all of it very quickly and efficiently, responding to any question or email promptly. Would happily use again and fully recommend for any mortgage brokering

We are first time buyers and James has been nothing short of fantastic. Every question we’ve had has been answered and he has really made the whole process of buying a home clear for us. From day 1 James has remained approachable, friendly and credible and has made everything so easy for us. We both would highly recommend him to any prospective home buyers.

Absolutely outstanding advice and support throughout the whole process of buying our house. James and Bernadette were always there for us when we needed advice and support. I can't thank them enough for how they made the whole process way less stressful.

James was brilliant!
James was brilliant from the start, right to the very end. He made the whole process of us moving into our first home smooth as possible. He was always on hand to answer any question I had no matter how big or small, James also sorted out our life and critical illness insurance. I would 100% recommend James to anyone who needs mortgage advice and I will be using him again when we are up for our renewal. Thanks once again!

I highly recommend Links4Mortgages and especially James, for his hard work finding the best solution for me as a mortgage broker and he managed to secure a very good rate for me.
