Easy process and helpfull team
I worked with Ronan for about a year to get the keys of my new house.
I withdrew the purchase of one house and the team continue to support me through the process of finding a more suitable house and get the keys.
Efficient process and the customer portal is so easy to use, I can't recommend enough.

Overall great experience
I had an excellent experience with Billy, who dealt with my re-mortgaging. He was very responsive and very prompt at getting back to me.
Haven in general, was very slow dealing with my application, and at times it was highly frustrating.

Great experience
Jan and his team were brilliant they help me to switch my mortgage and exceeded my expectations regarding the closing. They were very informative and kept me in the loop during this process.
