She was absolutely amazing when helping to get my first time mortgage,I am self- employed , a first time buyer , buying a house alone, but before I applied mortgage from high street broker unfortunately i didn't get it .
I spoke a lot of broker so i know that i would not have been able to do this on other broker.
I was very nervous about trying to get a mortgage due to time scale of auction plan only 56 days. I have only 28 days only left .because waste my time other broker.
She was very professional yet caring and kind. she kept in constant contact with calls and emails and updates.She given excellent advice on our mortgage and related insurances.
I could not have done this without her help and anything i ever need a mortgage again.

As first time buyers myself and my partner Nathan were recommended to contact David Surman for help with buying our first house. Dave was brilliant and made our experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond for us, with his advice and dealing with estate agents/solicitors on our behalf. We spent around a year looking for houses and Dave was with us every step of the way. We got our keys in April 2024, thankyou so much Dave!

We realised due to a historical financial mishap that getting a high street mortgage was not going to be possible, we approached one mortgage broker who never got back to us so tried mortgage experience. Mark was great he talked us through the whole process and got us a mortgage and we are now in our new home!

Josh Taylor at mortgage Experience was fantastic. From the very first phone call to picking up the keys to my first home he could not do enough. His knowledge and advice was brilliant and we have recommend him to so many friends, he not only got us a good deal he got us the best company for our circumstances as a large part of my pay is from specialist pay and not my main salary. I would highly recommend him to any one. Not only did he sort our mortgage he sorted our life insurance and put us in touch with a fantastic solicitor. From our very first enquiry, Chris Warner demonstrated first class customer service. His replies to emails or calls were prompt and helpful. We had a particularly challenging situation and he was there every step of the way with solutions and sound advice. Furthermore, when it came to the actual application, he had a mortgage offer for us so quickly we could hardly believe it. He also provided straight forward, easy to understand advice regarding life insurance which we also took through him.
