Avoid this place

They charge a monthly fee for a one time price for shipping as much as you want ($9.99) for a one time order. I had never ordered anything from their site so I gave it a shot.
This place is a joke.
I ordered 3 things and value was not there and 1 item I never even received.
I have been going back and forth with customer service on trying to either get a refund for what I bought or a replacement -it is not my fault it didn't reach me and it has been the biggest f'ing run around ever.
First, they said contact DHL and see what they say (I didn't ship it, this should really be on the shipper to do w but whatever). I never get a reply from DHL. So, i go back to customer service and then they say "oh it was transferred to USPS for the actual delivery, go check with them". Again, not my job but ffs I did it because what can I do? And of course they have no info for me except what was in the delivery notes (delivered at porch).
At this point I never expect to get my order and I will just task my bank with getting my money back.
Avoid this place. The prices are so good for a reason - it's cheap junk that has higher priced tags on it and their customer service is a joke.

damaged item

Had a problem with my order. I ordered 2 items which consists of 2 stakes in each box. One of the stakes did not lit and send a message to morning save. Immediately, Jessica replied and send me my partial refund. When I opened the other box, both stakes liy up but when I put it outside, it did not lit. I thought maybe it just needed to charged as it is solar. Send message to Jessica and she replied right away, and send me my refund without sending the items back. Problem solved. Jessica was on top of it. I thought it is going to be hard to send these items back. The service was awesome and done right away. Very satisfied with the service Jessica had provided.
But will not recommend this item. Jessica was awesome.

I was nervous to have my credit card stored longterm

I was nervous to have my credit card information stored on the MorningSave website (not just them but all businesses on the web),,,,

A simple email to the support request link and a representative "Jessica" was quick to remedy and then reply she had deleted my information

After many attempts to return products…

After many attempts to return products to Morning save, they advised they will not take back open items. Ever if I did return the product which has not been opened. I would have to pay return postage and they would refund my money they wound give me a credit to use at Stores.com

Since the opened item that you are attempting to return are bed sheets, that is correct we are unable to process a return on opened bed sheets as this does pose a hygiene concern. Misleading return policy

My wife saw an item of a TV show and wanted me to order it. When it arrived it was not what she expected it to be. I repackaged it, unused and requested an RMA to return the product. After several emails back and forth with Caitlin, who was very responsive, I was given the RMA to return the unused product. The problem is that instead of a refund back to my Visa card I was told it would be a refund to stores.com cash. After investigating what that was, it looks like they basically gave me an in-store credit not a refund. I would have to use the money to purchase something else from them or another online vendor. Not only do I need to return an unused product and pay shipping costs, but I am forced to buy from them again.
This looks like, feels like and is most likely a scam. I would hope that this company would make it clear that if you buy it, it’s yours. No refund on returns. There is nothing stating your refund will be in the form of an in-store credit. If there is, it is not stated in plain sight when purchasing online. No buyer beware statement.
My only suggestion to the company would be to make it known that if you buy our products that you cannot return them for a refund on the payment vehicle that you bought it with.
I would not recommend doing business with this company and will let others know as well. I am also, considering reporting this to the BBB for unfair business practices.
I forgot to say that they lost my first order and I had to contact them again to find out where it was. The tracking information given could not be found. Plus I am still waiting on a second item I ordered.
After the companies response, you should raed theri return policy as they want you to. You will never get a refund to your purchase, you will only get a credit to stores.com. As I have stated and if you are reading this, Buyer Beware when dealing with this company. They do not deserve the current rating they have here.

Hi, Yes as explained in our Return policy located on our website, we do not accept change of mind returns or returns on cookware. We went around that for you and allowed for the return to be made and upon receiving your return Stores.com cash was offered as the refund. I do apologize that was not the outcome you anticipated as you expected a full refund back to your card, however we do our very best within policy to make sure our customers are taken care of. We are still happy to accept your return but the stores.com cash will be applied. Thank you for your review.
