I thought I was supposed to get free delivery…

I thought I was supposed to get free delivery for tomorrow, but I still got charged $21 for shipping. Customer service replied very quickly and they were helpful, which is great. However, they said they can only refund the shipping fee after the package is signed for, which left me a little disappointed.

God damn awful

God damn awful. I ordered a metal iPhone case, they charged for this and another product which I didn’t want! £26! It has been 3 weeks waiting for refund and I doubt I will ever see that again! This is why we try not to order products direct from china. Stick with Temu or DH Gate. Never fall for this nonsense! Lesson learned dog

Poor commuication

Ordered from this company and waited for confirmation the order had been processed. Still waiting after almost a month. At one point they insisted it had been delivered but I received nothing. Allegedly another order is being processed and will be dispatched shortly. I'm not holding my breath. The communication is poor and the information given unreliable, if not completely untrue! Looking at the reviews here I wish I'd checked them out before. Lesson learnt - do not do business with this company. Now the fight to get my money back!

Keep clear

Keep clear, I bought a substandard product and emailed to request address for returns. I was told the company is in China so returning will be expensive. Meanwhile their site states that UK consumer rights apply. 21 emails later they are no longer responding. Next step is to report to trading standards and BBC watchdog as I see there are more negatives than positives. There's need to make the public aware to keep away from this company.

This company is a scam!!!

This company is a scam!!!! Do not order! Placed 2 orders and never arrived! When I email, it says “dear” your order is in transit. Placed both orders in October 2025, never delivered, Finally, after 10 emails, happy to share, they said my order was delivered! It wasn’t delivered to me, and when asked to provide tracking and proof of delivery, no response! DO NOT ORDER!!! I have reported this website and sent my emails in for investigation! BEWARE!!!

never returned my money

my order was delivered VERY late. Aprox 1 month and half after I bought it. The tracking code was fake. They were completely unhelpful via e-mail. Had to return the product, and they have it back with them since NOVEMBER. I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY BACK!
My lawyer is actually in the process of helping me, so now they will have to pay more than the product value itself! It fraude, abuse and scamming! :)

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam. The products you get, if you get them at all, are Shein/Temu products at a highly inflated price. Don't fall for this - it is expensive enough it seems legit but cheap enough to seem like you are getting a deal, but it is neither! I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

To add - they have been saying via email they are going to refund me but as of now that hasn’t happened and I doubt it will.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE

AVOID THIS WEBSITE. They are scammers. I ordered something in December for Christmas and it hasn’t arrived. The tracking number appears fake. When I asked for a refund they claim a delivery attempt was made (really) when a phone case cover is able to fit through the letter box. I have asked for a refund and now I am getting an automated email response stating they have already responded to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order back in September and…

I placed an order back in September and still have not received my merchandise. The phone number on their website is not a valid phone number. I emailed back in October and they said they would refund my original method of payment. I never received a refund nor did I receive my merchandise. I have tried following up with subsequent email messages with no response WHATSOEVER. THIS CONPANY IS A SCAM BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO HE LOCATED WITHIN THE US. DO NOT PURCHASE from these people. You will not receive your merchandise and they will keep your money. It is extremely unfortunate when these predatory companies prey on unsuspecting consumers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

This site is definitely a fraudulent website. Your card is charged, but the order is never shipped. Any emails sent to them are never returned! There’s a number listed for Customer Service Support, but it’s not a valid number.
