Great communication and delivered promptly

I’ve had no problems with sending flowers and the people who receive them say they are lovely

Great flowers, can't fault the quality.
Only downside was the delivery date was a day earlier than requested, supposed to be delivered on her birthday, 24th.

The flowers didn't arrive in very good condition, a few had died and were crushed and I was expecting more as I ordered the bouquet plus 50 per cent and there wasn't many

Lovely flowers, but they turned up 24 hours late!
It may have been down to the courier, but it was a disappointment to not have them delivered on the correct day.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered flowers and a balloon for delivery on 9th Sept. The balloon did not arrive, so I asked for a refund for that cost. It is now October 26th and they still have not refunded me, making empty promises via social media & completely ignoring emails and ‘contact us’ form requests.

Clearly customers don’t matter to this company which is a terrible shame!

Easy to order apart from the person I was sending them to had used the service before and so her name appeared when I started to input info and this confused me at first. A query about the delivery was answered quickly and sorted. Definitely use again and recommend.
