A very good company, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff on hand to answer any queries promptly. Enabled the purchase of the property to go through without any problems. A positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Our sale took much longer than expected, with a few hiccups, but we received strong support and advice throughout. She worked incredibly hard on our behalf throughout the whole process. I don't know if we would have ever completed without her!

Gina and the team supported us from start to finish, we didn't have the easiest move for lots of reasons ( none of which were to do with Morgan's) but we were kept up to date and informed every step along the way. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Morgan’s really could not have done more or been more helpful. The listing was tasteful and they managed to sell our house on the first day of viewings. During what was at times a rather complicated chain, Louise went above and beyond to chase things along and keep us informed. She answered every email immediately and took every telephone call, and there were a lot! Everyone else I dealt with in the office, Gina, Nicola, Emma and, of course, Rhodri himself, were very helpful and capable. Morgan’s were indispensable and you won’t go far wrong using them!

The whole team were helpful, responsive and supportive through a frustrating and very stressful sale. On each of the occasions the house had to be re-marketed due to issues with the buyers, Morgans were proactive and positive and secured a new buyer within 48 hours.

Gina was brilliant and the final sale largely only happened because of her tenacity in following through every part of the chain. The effort involved was enormous and above and beyond what we could reasonably have expected. We are very grateful for everything she did to ensure the sale went through enabling us to secure the home we had been hoping to buy throughout the nine month process.

Wonderful service when purchasing through Morgan's. Louise and Gina ensured a smooth transaction from start to finish. Communication is very much key when house buying and this was fantastic.

Reasonably priced fees and always on hand to take a phone call! And if you're lucky enough to get Gina helping you out...she will pretty much do everything for you!
