Our square bars measure 6mm x 6mm and 40mm long, but we know sizes can be tricky to judge on screen, so it's feedback we genuinely take on board. For future reference, the aluminium is a light silver colour, the brass has a lovely gold appearance and the copper has a warm rosy tone, but we'll certainly look at making this clearer on our website.

Exceptional quality jewellery!
I ordered my double love heart fingerprint necklace after my undertaker recommended the company to me. They took the fingerprints from my husband, who had passed away, and I took my own. Now I have a stunning memorial necklace, with my husband's fingerprint on the large love heart and mine on the smaller one. The chain is beautiful, too - a sterling silver belcher chain. Everything is of exceptional quality and so was my buying experience. When my necklace arrived, I changed my mind and wanted a longer chain, and Morgan & French sorted this out for me very easily and professionally. I can see why my undertaker recommended this company, as I simply cannot fault them!

I was talked thro’ the ordering process…
I was talked thro’ the ordering process & kept regularly informed over progress.
Delivery was swift & I was delighted by the bracelet.
My only concern is that the bracelet is quite ‘snug’.Will the leather ‘give’ a little with wear? I am concerned that if I wanted to add a new bead in the future the bracelet could become uncomfortable & too much strain could be put on the magnetic fastening & it might not be secure!
Any advice/ comments welcome!

I ordered 2 pieces - after consultation with staff who were respectful and went above and beyond to accommodate my queries. The silver torque bracelet is simply beautiful, deliciously solid and in your face, yet classic, classy and one of a kind. What it needs is a similarly heavy and abundant torque necklace to accompany it. No other jewellery is required!

Great product, disappointing service
Pre-purchase experience was great, nice website, easy to order and add personalisation etc. Engraved ring looks really well too. My issue was that the silver chain did not arrive, and it was a 21st birthday present, so only opened on the day to discover it was missing. No one responded to my email, chatbot on the website didn't help, and when it said it was redirecting to a person, no one helped. I found a phone number and eventually got sorted, it was sent next day delivery that day, however even the person on the phone didn't really acknowledge the mistake, no real apology. Anyway, hopefully this was a one off, other than that everything was good, just soured the experience.
