Morgan & French were very helpful and checked with me all along the process of making silver cufflinks as a gift for my husband to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary - and it's a good job they did as I got the date wrong on the email ! And they spotted the 25 years would not be 2021 but 2001! He loves his cuff-links and they look very elegant with the place and date of where we got married to always remind him!

Lovely quality necklace.
Beautiful necklace. The chain is really chunky, which is just what I wanted. Spoke to someone on the phone before ordering as I was unsure which length to go for and was advised to choose the 16”. It’s a perfect fit. Very helpful customer service.

Rapid and accommodating
I requested a length necklace that was not listed, customer service quickly responded to say they would make this an option on their website so I could order it easily. This was done promptly. The necklace was quickly made and dispatched. My mum was thrilled to receive this beautiful item as a gift. Just a wonderful experience.

Required a medical bracelet
Required a medical bracelet, but was unsure how to put the information onto the discs. Phoned and got help from a lovely lady who helped with the process.
Received my bracelet in a few days with the normal delivery service and am very happy with the finished product.would recommend to family and friends.
