Order was delivered in a timely manner, and the handwritten note and extras were a very nice touch. The price was also less expensive for the masks than other places were charging for the same product.

I wanted to share my experience with this purchase because it really stood out. The amino acid supplement I ordered was unfortunately delayed due to a USPS issue, and timing was especially important since I needed it ahead of an upcoming surgery.
That said, the vendor handled the situation exceptionally well. They were proactive in their communication, issued a full refund without hesitation, and even told me I didn’t need to return the product when it eventually arrives. That level of trust and customer care is rare.
While the shipping delay was outside their control, their response more than made up for it. I would absolutely consider ordering from them again based on how professionally and generously they handled the situation.

Sometimes USPS skips an acceptance scan, which can make tracking look inactive even while the package is on the move. Based on standard transit times, delivery should be very soon. 4/21/26 Updated Reply: Hi Amy, I wanted to provide a quick update. I’ve now filed an official USPS Missing Mail Search for your package using all shipment details and photos from when it was packed. This forces USPS to locate the parcel even if it missed the initial acceptance scan. I’ve also emailed you directly with screenshots of the submission so you can see exactly what was filed on your behalf.
Based on USPS transit patterns, it’s still very likely that your package is simply delayed in their system and hasn’t been scanned properly yet — this unfortunately happens with Ground Advantage, especially on long‑distance routes. Once USPS performs the next scan, tracking will update automatically. While this delay is completely outside my control, I’m continuing to monitor it closely and will ensure it's fully resolved for you.
