I have been in touch with Moralis' customer service a few times, from the very beginning to help me decide which plan to choose until recently when I got a 500 server error on one of my api calls. Answers are always quick and to the point and my problems always get rapidly resolved.

Moralis products are good
Moralis products are good, easy to use, their support is amazing, and with all that, the best part about this company is that I can rely on them.
They won't just stop supporting a certain feature, so by building my products with them I know that, at least from their side, I won't have any unpleasant surprises.
TDLR I'm truly happy with my choice of using Moralis and believe my company will keep using them for years to come
