Prompt delivery

Having unpacked and inspected the mop it was obviously lacking quality showing a broken water plug and dodgy mop movement. We replaced it in the same packaging within a hour and returned it. The 1 star is not for the dodgy product but for the refusal to refund due to the same plug being defective? The company is registered at a house in Northolt but the return is to a house in Greenford. Wish I checked this in advance as to has red flags all over it.

Once the Velcro comes away from the back of the mop it cannot be replaced and it is practically impossible to use. I thought it would be simple to purchase a replacement, but after waiting for weeks for a promise new mop (I didn’t ask for this, I just wanted the company to send me a replacement Velcro strip) I’ve given up and will go back to the tried and tested mop and bucket.

Also, Customer Service is appalling.

I received my Mop Pro two and a weeks later due to a delivery error.
Now that I have it at last, I must say the quality of the product is well made.

It’s very convenient and efficient to use and versatile and doesn’t take up a lot of space in the cupboard.
It’s just what must households need I would say definitely give it a try as I will be looking to buy other products from Mop Pro in the future.

It is very compact but does a good job. I have struggled to find something to clean my windows and this seems to fit the brief. The test will be when the sun shines on the windows. It empties easily and assembles easily. The floors also seem cleaner than other mops as can easily get all the moisture out the mop. So no dragging dirt back over the floor.

arrived on time but damaged bucket , cannot use . Emailed several times for a replacement no response . Please don't wate your money buy from a reputable firm eg Argos

Had this mop for a while but misplaced the pads had to buy new pads works well.

Quick delivery and the mop seems to work well.

The first time trying to wash the pad it shrank to half its size !!! Is this a cunning ploy to make you buy additional pads !!

In addition I find the bucket way too small and pretty useless, as it doesn’t dry the pad so you have to hand dry or go over with another mop, also I have a flagstone floor so it doesn’t mop all of the floor only the flagstone tops !!!!

Will be returning to my old mop and bucket which fortunately I kept !!!

Make easy work with this product. No more really wet floors and I like the compactness.

Communication attrocious ordered 2 weeks ago still no product … have seen same product in Aldi for 9.99

Appalling customer service. Never respond, keep trying. I need to return one as I was sent and charged for two. No phone number to speak to anyone. Very disappointed

compact, easy to use, great quality. Was sceptical with all the great reviews but it is the best mop and bucket we have purchased [how sad are we]. Definitely would recommend
