I'm completely new to the branding process for a small business start-up and I learnt the hard way that finding the right designer is crucial. Corey was completely dispassionate about the project and the communication was absolutely terrible. After being told it would take a few days to put something together, I waited two weeks to be sent initial logo ideas that looked suspiciously AI-generated (although I absolutely can't corroborate that). After giving feedback, I waited two weeks before messaging to ask for an update and just never received a reply and when 2 week later I said I was going to move on, he again just ignored me. Absolutely no care for client relationship. I've wasted money from what is a very small budget so I'm completely gutted to have lost that.

These guys have made my dreams into a reality. The time and effort they have taken to cater to what I was looking for in terms of branding was unmatched. They have really hit the nail on the head with the logo and website. I wont be using anyone else when it comes to web design/branding etc. I would urge anyone to not hesitate at all to contact these guys, they will take your business to the next level. Also - moonshot went as far as designing my business cards from scratch. They look next level and very modernised. Extremely happy with them. Thank you again Moonshot for helping my business go to the next level. I’ll be recommending many of my friends & family with confidence to these guys for sure.
