I bought this single card and it arrived bent. I used the chat bot on the Moonpig site to complain and it sent me a reprint of the card, this time, speedily arriving in perfect condition. I will put the damage down to Royal Mail and bad luck. Solving the problem was done very quickly so they have redeemed themselves, this being my first time using Moonpig, I will use this website again as the card I purchasedt was of very good quality.

I paid for express postage and my grandaughters card arrived 5 days after her birthday!!! Not good enough!!!!!

Found the card two days late, it was put inside our dirty food bin, and I did not notice until I placed more waste in the bin two days after my partners birthday. The things is though, that our porch is always open and no delivery driver has ever placed our deliveries in our waste bin, never! Whilst, this last mile delivery is the fault of the Royal Mail delivery person, Moonpig should ensure that it's delivery agents are not so incredibly stupid!!! Don't use Royal Mail if they cannot deliver the large format cards or maybe stop selling the large format cards altogether if you cannot realistical ensure their delivery. This is why I cancelled my Moonpig account, just keep getting let down.
